    Blue Highlights on Grey

    On the east side of this area are the living, family living, dining and kitchen organised in free plan with overlapping spaces to allow visual connect and constant engagement with family members. The bedrooms lie on the other side. All these spaces either open into each other, in the 80’ long north facing front balcony or standing balconies on the ulterior sides.

    The bespoke cabinetry in mint green steals the show here. The modular kitchen mixes in beautifully with the overall motif, thanks to custom cabinets, a breakfast counter, and ample lighting.     A Splash of Moroccan

    With the Kitchen overlooking the bar, it was essential to keep the design harmonic and keep the focal attention to the seating zones. Hence the kitchen’s design was kept muted, with a monochrome wall done in a lavender shade and beige interiors, where the only design element which provided a different visual focal locus was the patterned tiling underneath the kitchen cabinets.

    It’s hard to design a space that is refined, contemporary, and elegant while having a strict budget and a layout wherein any sort of modulation to space was out of bounds.  We have managed to create a subtle and elegantly stylish compact flat within 2000 sq. ft area. The site is located in the busiest area of Vadodara city but when you enter the campus it gives a serene & calm feel. An industrialist couple with a son & daughter occupies the space.

    White Brick Pattern Over Wood

    The brief was to have ‘clean and neat lines’ and ‘no projecting handles’. They wanted a maintenance-free home. Colour palette played an important role in this project as the husband favored the colour blue but also wanted to incorporate his wife’s love for greys. They wanted to convert one bedroom into an entertainment/ guest bedroom which also connects with the master bedroom through a window opening between the rooms.
