    46. Teak-Leather Minimalism | .Bt-Desiign By Bhavisha Thakur

Bathed in subtle sophistication, the living room is a beautifully designed space with exquisite contemporary interiors. Living rooms are used by everyone in the household. Therefore, this space had to be multi-purpose and functional above everything else, creating a harmony between space and decor. This space has ample seating, an entertainment unit and a dining table placed cohesively. It has all the essential elements in it without having a clustered look. Hence, minimalism is key here.

    48. Contemporary Amalgamation of Textures | Jash Kadakiia Design Studio

This contemporary design ideology was to amalgamate as set of materials to place it where it suits the best with permutations & combinations on the solid surfaces and loose elements. Exploring the material with its different finishes to maintain the language and uniformity was at utmost priority. The whole experience of playing with the material in a controlled manner helps the outcome much better than experimenting with different materials in each space.

    50. Uncluttered and Monochromatic | TRE Design Studio

Clean lines and uncluttered monochromatic concepts immediately came to mind. I wanted to create a mid century modern home soothing and inviting space by keeping simple forms, timeless mouldings and neutral colour. Minimalism and functionality go hand in hand, for example by creating bay windows in all three bedrooms not only allowed additional light to enter the space but also create a window seat to enjoy the nice view of the outdoors with a relaxing reading nook.
