It is a house that combines luxury and warmth. After understanding the requirements, we cleared out the spaces so that each room would have plenty of sunlight and ventilation. The 45 x 60 site turned into an indoor space interacting with a semi-outdoor space. The bar area and home theatre became the centre of activity and living, while the courtyard surrounding the dining area reflected the tranquillity of the space.
