    However, to add more zest to it we decided to design the flooring out of Marco polo which compliments the terracotta brick walls and rather uplifts the space by welcoming all the prospective buyers and making them feel at home.

    In addition to that, the executive table particularly designed out of Birch ply talks of minimalism and simplicity, and lastly, the splash of elements via Upholstery and the exquisite paintings makes an impression at a glance.

    AVANT has a concept of evolved eco-living and thus the structure is an amalgamation of raw materials with a thought of minimum carbon footprints.
