A Welcoming And Relaxing Atmosphere For Guests At The Luxurious Hotel Ramada Katesar | Design Centre

Located in one of Varanasi‘s premium location, this Hotel is the second franchise of Ramada — the roomy, well-lit space in Ramnagar that’s made a name for itself with its artisanal architecture. The design team sought to create a luxurious and youthful ambiance that retained the artisanal vibe of the hotel, using a color palette of soft earth tones like ivory, beige, and gold and natural materials to distinguish the space from its surroundings. The concept for this hotel was inspired by the beauty and tranquility of the surrounding natural environment. The goal was to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests at the luxurious Hotel Ramada Katesar.

A Welcoming And Relaxing Atmosphere For Guests At The Luxurious Hotel Ramada Katesar | Design Centre

visit : Design Centre

One of the main challenges we faced during the design process was incorporating the client’s desire for modern amenities and functionality, while still maintaining the sense of connection to nature. We even had to achieve a sense of enclosure within the open spatial planning of the hotel

This was accomplished through the use of beautifully detailed arches, incorporated elements such as wood and stone accents, a double-height reception and banquet area with natural light through the use of large windows and skylights and restaurant spaces made of Italian marble and fluted glass.

The client was looking for a design that would appeal to a wide range of guests, from families to business travelers. To accommodate this, we included a variety of seating and gathering areas, as well as a mix of private and communal spaces.

The hotel’s peripheral floors feature party halls, guest rooms, a fitness center, and a spa, all designed to cater to the needs and interests of a variety of travelers. Every wall in the hotel has been carefully designed, developed, or curated by a master couturier, reflecting a synthesis of modern, maximal, and multicultural elements.

The overall design of the hotel is a celebration of Varanasi‘s historic and cultural traditions, offering guests a luxurious and comfortable home away from home. The use of natural materials, such as wood and stone, and the incorporation of natural light through windows and skylights further enhance the sense of connection to the surrounding environment.

Whether staying for business or pleasure, guests of the new Ramada hotel in Varanasi will be treated to a unique and immersive experience, one that captures the essence of the city’s artisanal past while offering all the modern amenities and comforts of a luxurious hotel.

Banquet: Upon entering, guests are immediately drawn to the double-height ceiling, featuring a magnificent crystal chandelier that illuminates the entire space. The walls are adorned with luxurious veneer, complemented by plush cushioning and wall lights, adding to the grandeur of the room. The double-height windows not only allow for ample natural light during the day, but also offer a stunning garden view at night.

Adding to the elegance of the space are the antique arches, crafted from Italian stone, which serve to separate the function area from the food area. The arches provide a sense of distinction and give the room a more formal feel. The flooring is done in high-quality Italian marble, which provides a sophisticated and elegant look. Carpet in the middle of the room gives a soft feel to the feet and make the space warm.

The combination of the crystal chandelier, veneered walls, antique arches, and Italian marble flooring create a grand and opulent atmosphere, perfect for any formal event or celebration. The natural light and garden view add to the luxurious ambiance of the space, making it a truly unforgettable experience for all guests. We have skillfully combined the elements of natural light and classical architectural details to create an event space that is both elegant and comfortable, perfect for hosting any kind of event.

Restaurant: Impressive and grand double-height restaurant that can seat 80 people at once. The use of a double-height space immediately draws the eye upward and creates a sense of grandeur and spaciousness.

The ceiling is beautifully designed in levels and circular pattern, and a huge classical chandelier serves as a centerpiece, adding elegance and sophistication to the space. The chandelier serves as a focal point while also providing ample lighting to the entire space.

The walls of the restaurant feature Indian classical arches made of marble, which adds a sense of luxury and timelessness to the space. The use of marble also gives a sense of permanence, and the incorporation of Indian classical arches adds a touch of local cultural elements into the space.

The second height of the restaurant opens up to the room floor lobby giving the connectivity of space. This is a clever design element as it creates a visual connection between the different areas of the restaurant, and allows guests to enjoy the ambiance of the entire space. This way guests can have view of the entire restaurant from the second floor.

Bedrooms : Hotel has 4 categories of rooms (Queen Superior Rooms, King Superior Rooms, Premium Rooms, and Suite Rooms) sounds luxurious and well-appointed. The use of veneer on the walls adds a level of elegance and richness to the space.

The full-height curtains that adorn the large windows likely enhance this sense of luxury, while also providing privacy and a way to control the amount of natural light that enters the room.

The inclusion of big windows that offer beautiful views of the city is a nice touch as well, and the paintings on the walls that depict the city of Varanasi add a local and cultural touch.

The bedrooms themselves appear to be very comfortable and functional, with features such as comfortable beds with side lamps, a dressing area, luggage area, and a minibar

The TV unit and writing table provide practical amenities for guests, while the comfortable sofa by the window offers a place to relax and take in the view. The amenities provided in the room sound as luxurious that guest would feel quite comfortable.

Overall, the design of the restaurant creates a luxurious and grand ambiance, with a sense of timeless elegance, and a connection with the local culture.
