    Jashoda Ba farm is weekend home for family of Surat situated near dumas beach. Far away from dense city fabric site was great opportunity to have a contemporary weekend home and have relaxing day from stressful routine life.

    The site is affiliated with private residence ,servant quarters, big garden & parking.

    The whole idea is to have one weekend home with natural material where this family can have weekend stay in calm place.

    The exterior elevation Is kept sharp cross edges to dominate its looks although interior kept silent with natural material pallet to incorporate connection to nature.

    This residence include swimming pool , living area , dinning area , kitchen with 3 bedroom & terrace garden.

    Keeping in mind sustainability aspects solar panels as installed to generate electricity as well as  features like fountain to to let all over temperature  reduce also skylight and enough sized windows to incorporate enough of sunlight and reduce artificial light.

    Planning specifically divide in three zone one public zone(living ,porch) to semi private zone(dinning , staircase) & private zone (bedroom,  kitchen) .

    The dining table made of natural wood pieces open up to the central garden court with a sliding window on one side and to the swimming pool on another side.

    The center circulation space opens up to double height space that is supported by a skylight to light up the space.

    There is 2 major experience try to archive through design of one dominant sharp edge shaped building also after entering the residence feeling of calmness has been archived through natural and silent color material pallet.     

    Keeping in mind the love of Warli art we have to incorporate Warli paintings in various places like a wall of servant quarters as well as a parapet wall near a terrace garden.
