Myntra Office Bangalore | Designtude Studio
Designtude Studio has developed a new office design for fashion e-commerce company Myntra located in Bangalore, India.
Fashion is the core of seventy thousand square feet of workspace for India’s largest fashion e-commerce player. Located in Bangalore, the office has four floors, each having its specific theme linked to the fashion world.
Myntra Office Bangalore is designed by Bangalore firm, Designtude Studio, the office has emerged as a trendsetter for emerging workspaces in India.
Walk in and the high-street look reception, with a ‘look good café’ and a live video shoot ramp greets a visitor. The granite finish flooring, back-lit sky printed stretched vinyl, wrought iron seating and huge display windows create the perfect high street look.
The design and function of each floor have been carefully detailed around models/muses, style/ trends, designers/brands. The ground floor also has sports defining the look, complete with a running track and dug out. The first floor with shooting studios has the bulb and dress-up mirror on walls. As a point of relief, the open office has highlight areas of large tables, accent light, screen and informal meeting space. The meeting rooms lend a studio like informal environment with graphics and partly exposed ceiling services.
The office is bright and colourful, well endowed with gym, café and coffee lounge on the terrace. ‘Think, Create, Dream, Design’ is a graphic on the third floor that aptly summarises the driving force for the company and its need for an inspiring and energetic workplace. The graphics have been suitably positioned to add to the ambience of each floor, ensuring it is different and unique. For example, the famous Mondrian pattern defines the look of one wall. The landing areas for each floor has been done up differently, experimenting with varied furniture elements and seating styles. The walkways seem to be alive to brands and fashion.
This is a very well thought out workplace where functions, user interests and lots of inspiration have been synced up.
