    As the world has turned more urbanized and connected, a company’s workplace needs to evolve as well. Gone are the days of walled cubicles that defined offices. Now, it’s about creating a place that reflects a robust and progressive environment. This was the vision for Ecolab – an open and collaborative workspace distinguished from the rigid offices that have long-characterized the corporate world. With an area of 28,000 square feet and a carpet area of 19,000 square feet, the Ecolab office project in Bengaluru afforded a new opportunity for an open space workspace design.As the world has turned more urbanized and connected, a company’s workplace needs to evolve as well.     Real Estate office, Surat |  PDC Architects

    PDC Architects completed the design for the corporate offices of Pramukh Real Estate LLP located in Surat, India.

    To design a space with minimal and contemporary approach was the desire expressed by the clients. To achieve the same, the corporate office was furnished with bold, natural and high-quality materials like teak wood, concrete, metal, brick and glass.

    Minimal workspace for Unilab Pharma, Mumbai | SAV architecture + Design

    Sav creates a texturally crafted workspace for a pharma company in Mumbai. London and Mumbai based SAV Architecture + Design has recently completed a 120sqm open plan and minimal workspace for Unilab Pharma and Chemicals in Mumbai. Focusing on flexibility, transparency and tactility the design brings natural light and a fresh feel to the interiors to create a serene working oasis within the chaotic Mumbai context.

    Tata motors office,Mumbai | Sankalpan Infrastructure

    Tata Motor’s (TML) new office is designed to resonate with the working generation that is agile & autonomous in its attitude, yet maintains their core business philosophy intact. The primary objective was to move from TML’s conventional, hierarchical style of working towards a more interactive, social, collaborative and flexible environment; a more communal open office setup which also offered financial benefits by occupying optimal real estate & minimising costs to reconfigure areas when the organisation grows and changes in the future.

    Microsoft office, Mumbai | DSP Design Associates 

    DSP Design Associates designed the offices of global tech giant Microsoft, located in Mumbai, India.

    Microsoft offices Corporation’s (Mumbai) was one of the offices in the series of WPA (Work Place Advantage) offices developed by Microsoft in India.

    Microsoft transitioned its workplace guidelines to innovative workspaces with a tilt-shift towards a more residential and hospitality inductive design from the existent corporate office space.

    CMARIX Technolabs Office Interiors is created by entrepreneurs having different visions of how to run a software venture. The directors of the company had spent a lot of time working in various countries before starting their own company. That gives us the freedom to design and explore the space in terms of planning and using new materials.  We wanted to create a very stress-free, comfortable, open and lively working environment for them to pass on to their team which they had been very lucky to have.

    This Office with Terrace Garden is Brilliantly Design by AVG Architecture and Interiors

    AVG Architecture and Interiors has designed the new offices of steel manufacturing firm Gulf Ispat Limited located in Gurgaon, India.

    The existing office had a big front open terrace and any permanent structure was not allowed to build in this area due to building bylaws. So we designed this area with tensile roof structure and clear glass walls to create an interesting entrance lobby, conference and meeting rooms, cafeteria, pantry and toilets as an extension of the existing office.     Singa Infrastructure and Mining is a Mumbai based equipment and logistics company focusing on the excavation and the movement of natural resources. Derivative of this process, the Mumbai office utilizes fluid geometry, layering, and extraction to maximize a compact floor plate.
