The facades, though similar, are oriented to maximize garden and pool areas, foster a sense of community, ensure privacy, and enhance views of the picturesque paddy fields.

Unique Design Elements

Unique features such as large louvers mimicking the horizontal layers of paddy fields and louvered arches representing the plant’s curved contours incorporate elements of the landscape into the architecture.

The double gabled roofs evoke the spread of a bird’s wings and are designed to complement Goa’s local climate, with grey mineral shingles adding a modern touch. Large windows, balconies, and open spaces enhance the connection with nature, providing a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

The landscape design at Oryza is a minimalist masterpiece, featuring structured plantations and curved elements that bring cohesion and tranquillity.

Cohesive and Tranquil Aura

The outdoor spaces include niche sitting areas, an outdoor shower with an arch design, a curved planter box at the edge of every pool, along rounded pebbles and stepping stones. These elements blend with the interior aesthetics, creating a cohesive and tranquil environment.

Each villa features an open plan with a sunken lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces on the ground floor, accompanied by a bedroom with a bathroom. All the spaces on the ground floor open to a large garden and pool, promoting an uninterrupted flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The first floor houses two bedrooms separated by a lobby with balcony access. A red perforated spiral staircase leads to the second floor, featuring an attic room, terrace, and a utility area.

Inside the villas, the colour palette mirrors the hues of rice plants, with neutral and earthy tones blending with the surrounding greens.

Organic Materials

The tranquil white backdrop enhances this palette, creating a serene and cohesive aesthetic. Designers thoughtfully integrate organic elements like wood, linen, rattan, and other natural textures into the design, evoking a sense of warmth.

Artisans meticulously handcraft the furniture in Oryza, ensuring each piece delivers both exclusivity and comfort. Muted tones dominate the design, tastefully accented with black, metal, cane, and jute fabric.

This combination creates a sophisticated yet understated elegance. Minimalistic mouldings and carefully considered details further define the design, enhancing the overall aesthetic with a refined simplicity.

Oryza by Jaglax Homes promises an ideal coastal living experience, offering an escape that blends luxury, tranquillity, and nature.
