It is a 2000 Sq. Ft. 4bhk residential flat’s interior project at Surat. it’s one of our most special project because form very beginning, our client Mr. Jayesh Bhai Naik and his wife Mrs. Sonal Naik gave us full freedom to design and execute. They allowed us to showcase our creativity. It was naked flat when we first visited the site. We were amazed by the spectacular Balcony view from the balcony view of living room. The 4bhk flat is very well naturally lit and ventilated. Our first approach was to design all the spaces with lavish and comfortable feel. We wanted our client to feel the luxury with minimal of their budget. They have their young daughter and a mother living with them. Initially we gave proposed 3D images of all the areas and then modified them as per their requirements.

The name of the Balcony view house is itself very special to Mrs Sonal ma’m. It has beautiful meanings, firstly it directly means “The world dedicated to God” and secondly it represents the love for their late father “Shri.Haribhai’s family”. It also tells about the beautiful bond between the grand daughter “Vishwa” and her Dear “bapa” Shri.Haribhai. We were very touched when Sonal ma’m introduced the name of the house and the story behind it.
Our client has huge social circle so they wanted to have their home to stand out in terms of design and finishes. That’s why we have used SS pvd gold finishes at some parts of the furniture with teak wood veneer in living area and main door to have that luxury touch. Our client Mr Jayeshbhai is fond of watching Tv but in living room only, so we emphasised on the huge tv unit and sound system.
At the special request of his daughter-in-law, we dedicated one corner of the living area to the late Shri Haribhai. We designed the dining area with a partition that offers privacy while maintaining a visual connection to the living space. The ceilings of the living, dining, and kitchen area feature elegant wooden hangings with profile lighting and a veneered finish accented by a chandelier, creating a warm and cohesive ambiance.
The main challenge here was only 9′ height between the floor to ceiling. So we could not have more false ceiling levels. We only had it to accommodate lights and indirect ambient lights where needed. We designed all the bedrooms with only laminates and not veneers to reduce the overall cost of the project. The daughter’s room is looking really well with the tropical touch in wallpaper and the turquois blue shade deco paint.
We also avoided fully modular kitchen and wardrobes to cut the cost and instead we custom made them on site with our talented craftsmen. It took around 6 months to finish which includes all the civil work changes, flooring, framing, kitchen platform, furniture work, electrification work, wall gypsum punning work, false ceiling work and paint and polish work.
The total cost of the project went around 2700 Rs/sqft including everything, the decor, the curtains and wallpapers.
We are very grateful to our client because of the trust they showed and freedom they gave. We also like to thank each and every craftsmen and contractors, labours who worked really hard day and night to achieve our desired goal of finishing and time duration.
