3000 sq. ft.

Common areas

The open-plan layout of this 3000 sq. ft. home seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, unified through a cohesive material language and thoughtfully curated furniture. On entering, the magnificent scale achieved through the layout momentarily takes one aback.

3000 sq. ft.

Living area

The living area with its inviting proportions, is anchored by plush, curved seating. Soft upholstery in textured fabrics create an atmosphere of ease, while layered cushions in gentle pastels add depth without visual noise.

3000 sq. ft.

Custom-crafted wooden wall panelling, punctuated with fluted detailing, add warmth and rhythm, grounding the space with a sense of timeless craftsmanship

3000 sq. ft.

A hand-illustrated floral mural draws immediate attention, emerging as a contemplative focal point. Its organic lines offer a poetic contrast to the architectural precision of the interiors, lending artistic softness to a materially honest space.

Natural light filters through sheer drapes, washing over concrete-finished surfaces and polished stone flooring, highlighting the rich interplay of textures that define the home’s character.

Dining area

The sculptural wooden base of the dining table sets a bold tone for the area. The minimal wooden dining chairs compliment the valiant look. The beautiful, organic bench, completes the composition. Design details that truly make a statement.

Kitchen

The kitchen is kept simple, in the same palette as the whole space – grey and veneer. The interesting internal features of the overhead cabinets, drawers and corners, make it very functional.

3000 sq. ft.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are white sunlit sanctuaries with soft palettes, warm wood tones and gentle curves come together to create a sense of effortless comfort. The designers have thoughtfully designed each room, making it highly functional yet absolutely unpretentious, while keeping each one distinct in its own way.

3000 sq. ft.

Arched headboards, fluted panels, and woven surfaces add depth and character. Designers craft elegantly detailed beds and side tables for slow mornings and quiet evenings.

Master bedroom

Clean lines and gentle arches where details do all the talking. A room with balanced composition of materials and moods – warm teak flooring, blush textiles and a tailored backdrop creating a restful environment.

Room with deck bed

Our clients love to host gatherings, be it an afternoon of games or a movie night. At the same time, they had their future in mind and wanted a fun room which could be transformed into a kid’s bedroom.

With a low deck bed, free standing mirror and playful wardrobe, we have an entertainment cum future kid’s bedroom.

Guest bedroom

Simple, cozy and absolutely functional with a sleeping area, sitting nook and a dresser which doubles up as a suitcase deck.

Parent’s bedroom

While discussing this room with the client we surmised, though the parents visit frequently, they are actually not going to reside here.

Hence, we planned this room to be multifunctional. Only thing better than a good book, is a good book in a comfy place. One wardrobe is convertible to study for a defined reading-working space.

Eschewing excess in favour of intention, the project embodies a philosophy where luxury is expressed through simplicity, comfort, and detail. Every element is carefully considered, resulting in a home that feels both contemporary and enduring—an environment designed not to impress loudly, but to be lived in deeply.
