Luxurious Interior Design, Warm Tones and Subtle Elements Enhance this House | De’ Caves By Chitte Architects

Green Leaf Regalia, a Project by Vraj Group, is the outcome of an unique approach in terms of design and appropriate consideration of the client’s needs, their desires and comforting conditions while maintaining their social status and standard of living. The emphasis laid by Vraj Group on factors like quality of life and value for money was an “Anchor” element for us at De’Caves while going through the process of designing the sample flat which we would like to call as a “Dream Home.” Luxurious interior design, warm tones and subtle elements enhance this house.

Luxurious Interior Design, Warm Tones and Subtle Elements Enhance this House | De’ Caves By Chitte Architects

Visit : De’ Caves By Chitte Architects

Editor’s note : “A home gilded in themes.” Luxury knows no rules. The interiors of this opulent house are a harmonious play on colours, materials and textures. The communal space sings a loud tale of wood with its richly embellished ceilings and furniture in hues of brown. Contrarily, the more private, spacious interiors embody richness through a pastel setting of blue, pink and white. Splashes of Italian textured marble function as focal points alongside the grey-toned elements of this dream-like setting. ~ Venessa Thomas (Co-Editor)

Each space in these homes has been carefully depicted through a minimalistic design approach to make it more usable and spacious at the same time. An interesting play of materials and textures in the furniture design is showcased with a thematic colour scheme along with lights that end up creating a cosy ambience for the occupants of the space.

Inducing design elements which portray a homely experience rather than visualizing the space as a hotel room was one of our primary concerns.

A welcoming linear space that leads to the family sitting with cosy atmosphere and neutral design elements.

Extension of the living room across the passage leads to the kitchen space with minimal design characters and maximum functionality with storage spaces having modern aesthetics whereas the dining anchors the family gathering with a beautiful backdrop of the temple.

Multipurpose Room :
A multifunctional space with a dedicated workstation and fused with leisure elements to create a balance of functions both indoors and outdoors.

The room depicts “luxury with low maintenance” through the use of Italian texture complimented by wood to create an eye pleasing backdrop to the entire volume.

Monochromatic palette with minimal ornamentation showcases elegance through simplicity to define this space.

A soothing contrast of materials is adapted to form a subtle yet visually pleasing ambience to the space.

Dynamic design in furniture with a dominant colour palette acts as an highlighting feature to the design language of the home with its eye-catching and appealing forms.

Developing a palette with materials and characters which are aesthetically appealing and durable at the same time are the key principles of our design ideology which end up in making a visitor feel comfortable after he or she enters the premise with an eye pleasing view during each visit.
