This Apartment Modern Design Embraces Natural Light and Spaciousness | D&A Architects
The apartment consists of an open kitchen with a dining area, a living area, and a family area that seamlessly connect through a continuous ceiling design. A low-height TV unit subtly divides these spaces, ensuring visual continuity while maintaining functional separation. The open-plan concept enhances natural light penetration and facilitates smooth movement throughout the apartment.
White onyx flooring throughout the apartment for a luxurious and reflective surface.
Walls finished in pristine white with select areas featuring lime-textured grey panelling for a modern and subtle contrast.
A low-height TV unit demarcates the living and family areas while maintaining openness.
These Curved Panelling not only delineate spaces but also contribute to the design’s narrative. Subtle textured walls created adds depth and interest throughout the Space.

The apartment is crafted to provide a homely and comforting feel while adhering to modern design principles. The selection of finishes and furniture placement enhances spaciousness and allows natural light to flow effortlessly.
The layout and orientation of the apartment have been planned to align with Vastu principles, ensuring harmony and positive energy throughout the home.
This apartment is designed with a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and functionality. We aimed to create a timeless yet modern aesthetic, combined with thoughtful spatial planning and Vastu compliance, incorporating natural materials, soft hues, and organic textures-resulting in a design that is both modern and inviting, makes it an ideal living space that is visually appealing and practically efficient. The design of the space draws inspiration from organic forms, natural textures, and earthy materials, emphasising fluid, curvilinear lines, and warm tones.
