Overlooking a cityscape in the restless center of Mumbai where space is always negotiating with ambition, EKA rises as a quiet luxury. A spacious 4BHK home that understands oneness not as uniformity, but as harmony. A home that proudly stands as a symbol of oneness, while celebrating the individuality of every space within it.

The home greets you with an expanse of light. The living and dining space unfolds gently, touched by the warmth of the sun. A fluted marble TV unit stands against the vintage wall mouldings, while rich faux leather seating lends a lived-in elegance. At the centre rests an organic-shaped dining table; marble-topped and metal-rooted. A centre piece crafted for gatherings, stories and slow dinners. The kitchen, unusually generous by Mumbai standards, becomes a luxury of its own: a place to create, to share and to experiment.
An infinity corridor draws you in further, opening into a long, quiet passage lined with subtly camouflaged storage and doors revealing four en-suites. Each one imagined for the lives that will unfold within them. Every en-suite is crafted around the personality and lifestyle of the couple who will call it home.
The parent’s en-suite is a lesson in restraint; a palette of warm neutrals, gentle embroidered upholstery and fluted marble, holds the room in a soft embrace. It is luxury whispered, not spoken.
The second suite settles into shades of olive, its veneer panelling wrapping the room in sophistication with bold metallic inlays. A statement bed-back and faux leather bed brings depth and contrast tan brings in boldness while completing the cocoon.
The third suite leans into modern earthiness; stone panels, wine-toned veneers, clean wardrobes and a suede-tufted bed that anchors the room. It feels grounded, deliberate and strikes a perfect balance between zen and modernity.
The fourth suite bursts with imagination; a children’s haven where a drop-down bed, ombré curtains, hand-stained wallpaper and an unconventional study table invites play, creativity and the joy of becoming.
And then a surprise; the powder room, unapologetically bold in its red and black palette. A dramatic punctuation mark in a home otherwise dressed in subtle luxury; a reminder that design and drama can go hand in hand.
EKA is not just a residence with individuality. It is a constellation of moods, materials and memories waiting to be made a home that stands proudly celebrating both the unity and individuality of the lives within it.
