    This minimally design 1700 Sq.ft 3BHK apartment is giving a very warm and subtle feel. It is perfect blend of wood and PU finish materials with dominating grey and neutral shades. All furniture, wall covering, and curtains are very silent and tastefully executed.

    Living room is designed with minimally design furniture and dominating grey palette.  TV unit has veneer, PU and grey mirror which adds to the spacious look. 3 + 2 seater sofas have  light beige grey color upholstery and contemporary  form. Two contemporary sofa chairs placed on the opposite side adds brownish tinge to the otherwise grey  living room and makes it blend well with the overall subtlety.

    Center table has white satvario marble top and rose gold finish metal base. Sofa Corner makes the space beautiful and creates soothing ambience with pendant lights.

    To define the living and dining space round metal form is used to work as a partition and segregates the spaces neatly. The round metal wall clock is also dominating décor part in this living room. Living room opens into a  balcony which  is a source of natural sun light during the day and source of soft breeze at night. .

    Kitchen platform is having granite finish on top and contrasting look has been created using PU finish drawer with black profile handles and black glass with profile shutters for overhead storage.

    Dining space is the center of the house. The silent grey wall on one side and warm yellow wall on the other side makes the dining space warm and lively. The crockery unit adds to the utility of the space and up & down light – wall sconce adds to the overall charm.

    Master bedroom

    Master bedroom has lot of playfully used geometry – use of semicircles on the wardrobe, circular wall frames above headboard and the circular pattern on the TV unit wall. The wooden flooring makes the room distinct. Headboard has white leather finish, wall has zink texture and wardrobe has veneer and PU finish. The sleek working desk adds to the utility of the space. Hanging wardrobe unit makes the bedroom space look wide and open.

    Kids Bedroom

    Kids bedroom has sunshine  yellow and cobalt blue color palate as per the favorite colour of  the  child. There is a hanging wardrobe and a corner study table. . Wall behind the headboard is designed with black triangles which adds a cute charm to overall décor.

    Parents Bedroom

    Parents’ bedroom has grey wardrobe and brown upholstery. This simple dual tone colour theme is apt for parents room. The vibrantly painted frames add character to the wall above the headboard. The room has a full mirror placed to work as a dressing mirror as well as to create a feel of larger space.
