    The Sawant house is a 1300 sq.ft apartment located in the Santacruz West area of Mumbai. This interior design project is a keystone project for the design “Studio Threshold” and showcases their expertise in creating a neo-modern look. The apartment has been designed where clean lines, minimal decor and a neutral color palette create a sophisticated and contemporary space.

    The living room is the focal point of the apartment and features a large window that floods the space with natural light.

    The room has been decorated with a neutral-colored sofa and a sleek coffee table that adds a touch of elegance to the space.

    The apartment is a perfect example of how to create a modern and functional living space with a sophisticated and contemporary look.

    The Sawant house project has been a great success for the Threshold design studio and has received high acclaim from their clients and industry professionals.

    The dining area has been designed with a minimalist approach, featuring a sleek dining table with a marble top and stylish chairs.

    The kitchen has been designed with a modern and functional layout, with high-quality cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances that add a touch of luxury.

    The bedrooms have been designed with a relaxing and peaceful ambiance in mind. The master bedroom features a large window that offers a beautiful view of the city and has been decorated with a comfortable bed and a stylish dressing table.

    The one design element in the entire space was sons bedroom which has our heart. The extravagant looking toilet with steam room, travertine finish walls and thunder black Kohler sanitary fixtures just gives the perfect look and feel in our mind.

    The wall paneling behind the bed was the toughest part to make. Each panel is made out of teak wood and each groove is polished with lot of patience giving it the perfect richness of wood paneling

    The other bedrooms have been decorated with a minimalist approach, featuring sleek furniture and neutral colors that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

    The bathrooms have been designed with a modern and functional layout, featuring high-quality fixtures and tiles that add a touch of luxury.

    The overall design of the apartment is a perfect example of how to create a modern and functional living space with a sophisticated and contemporary look.

    The use of clean lines, minimal decor, and a neutral color palette create a cohesive and elegant look throughout the space.
