As you enter the Barkat House, prepare to be enchanted by the alluring floating staircase, personalized sculptures, exquisite fountains, and captivating wall murals, all meticulously designed to welcome you to the lap of luxury.
The double-height living area with a towering 23ft. ceiling enhances the grandeur of the space, while the myriad of colours added to the decor exudes an air of elegance and sophistication.
Ascend the staircase, and you’ll find a splendid common sitting area, displaying a remarkable custom family collage.
The breath-taking monochromatic bed space with an emphasis on the rust colour gives the room a focal point and serves as the perfect entertainment and private retreat, divided into two spaces by an incredible 360° TV cabinet.
The kitchen boasts of Contemporary Minimalist design, characterized by clean lines, functional spaces, and subtle elegance which are sure to impress even the most discerning of guests. Last but not least, the dining area is a true masterpiece, with brass golden flutes fitted into the wooden walls creating a captivating focal point that is sure to leave you mesmerized.
The temple room exudes a sense of understated elegance, with its simple design and transparent peep glass section in the door, allowing for the holy presence to be sought at any time.
A corner of the house that you love the most. This waiting space is one of the most eye-catching spaces in the residence. We have customized the collage keeping the family pictures for amazing reminiscence of memories.
The master bedroom is a true embodiment of luxury and opulence, with its carefully selected furnishings and a regal colour palette dominated by royal blue, complementing the overall muted colour scheme.
The guest room is a versatile and functional space that doubles as a comfortable sleeping area and a practical study space. The soothing and neutral colour palette creates a calming and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and work.
The daughter’s bedroom emanates classic charm, with a stunning Mauve headboard that adds warmth and beauty to the room, flanked by elegant English poles that create height and drama. The neutral grey walls provide the perfect backdrop for the furniture and decor, allowing them to shine.
We have created this bedroom keeping in consideration the client’s requirement for elegant luxury. This luxurious touch is elevated with British design of beds and classic minimalism.
Modern elegance blended with minimalism has been used for this space to elevate every element in the room. We have designed the room to provide comfort and aesthetics.
One of the highlights of this residence is this room, created using a monochromatic design. The rust orange colour stands out in the room to give it a focal point and acts as a highlight to compliment the low colour tones.
The esteemed client had set their sights on a grandiose dream space that exudes sheer opulence while being mindful of their limited financial resources.
Their most crucial prerequisite was to maintain strict adherence to their principle of “Less is more” – an ideology they hold dear, which precludes the incorporation of ostentatious and flashy elements in any part of their abode, whether it be the common areas or their private sanctums like their bedrooms.
In essence, they yearned for a design scheme that radiates an air of sumptuousness, without being excessive or garish.

Designed to cater to the homeowner’s love for entertainment, this space is the epitome of relaxation, recreation, and retreat. As you enter the theatre, you will be greeted by the dominance of the fiery red colour, exuding a feeling of warmth and passion. The red walls and ceiling evoke a sense of drama and excitement, making you feel like you are in the midst of a grand spectacle.
