Project 774 House is a thoughtful exploration of how compact spaces can feel layered, immersive, and deeply personal. Designed as a seamless blend of warmth, functionality, and character, the home balances aesthetics with practicality while ensuring every space carries its own identity within a cohesive design language.
The Compact Spaces In This Home Are Designed To Be Layered And Immersive | Kebani_The Design Studio
The experience begins at the foyer, envisioned not merely as an entrance but as a calming transition into the home. A serene koi pond immediately introduces a sense of grounding, while nature-inspired mural walls and greens tucked beneath the staircase create a harmonious dialogue between earth, water, and life. The foyer establishes the emotional tone of the home peaceful, welcoming, and deeply connected to nature.
The living room follows a muted palette elevated through warm rust-orange accents that flow subtly across the interiors as a recurring highlight. Carefully curated accessories and bold detailing strike a balance between softness and character.
Mirrors layered above the wall cladding visually expand the space, while grey-and-white floral upholstery adds texture and warmth.
The designers transformed a compact corner into a thoughtful study nook featuring custom storage, a beige desk, and an olive green chair, complemented by striped orange-and-off-white blinds. Despite the compact footprint, the room feels calm, refined, and complete.
Connected seamlessly to the living area, the dining space carries forward a warm palette of beige and wood. Sleek dining furniture paired with understated orange accents introduces vibrancy without overwhelming the room.
Curved mirror cladding layered against Indian motif wallpaper adds depth and elegance, while the crockery unit and suspended metal shelving bring visual lightness.
The designers designed the compact kitchen for maximum efficiency, incorporating full-height overhead storage, muted beige finishes, bold orange accents, and black tinted glass that lends a contemporary edge.
The designers created the guest bedroom as a multifunctional space that effortlessly transitions between a bedroom, lounge, and home office. Wrapped in a rich blue-green palette extending from walls to ceiling, the room feels moody, intimate, and refined.
Detailed wall mouldings and cornices add depth, while a tan leather sofa converts into a bed when required. A striped black-and-white ottoman serves multiple purposes, and a minimal work desk with floating shelves maintains visual openness.
Vintage wall art and origami sconces complete the room with warmth and personality. The attached bathroom continues the mood through glossy grey subway tiles, terrazzo flooring, black nickel fittings, and a blue-green vanity that visually ties both spaces together.
The master bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to feel spacious despite its compact dimensions. An entry foyer creates a subtle transition before revealing a bright room filled with natural light from a full-length window.
Warm beige tones are layered with burgundy and olive green accents, while chinoiserie-inspired tropical wallpaper framed with black beading forms a rich focal backdrop behind the bed.
Fluted wardrobe shutters in a beige PU finish paired with sleek black handles introduce understated detailing.
The bathroom complements the space with green marble textures, geometric beige-and-brown borders, and antique gold fittings, creating an atmosphere that feels fresh yet indulgent.
The junior bedroom reflects the child’s personality through a palette inspired by military tones. A striking military officer poster becomes the focal point, while the deep green wardrobe with fluted glass and arched shutters softens the overall character.
A sleek study unit displays prized car and LEGO collections, while a world map installation marked with travel memories transforms the room into a canvas of adventure and aspiration.
Completing the home are the entertainment lounge, rooftop lounge, and bar nook three distinct spaces designed to function independently or merge into one immersive entertainment zone.
The interiors feel moody, cosy, and intimate for relaxed evenings, while the rooftop lounge opens into sweeping city views, effortlessly shifting the atmosphere between comfort, vibrancy, and celebration.
Project 774 House ultimately stands as a reminder that meaningful design is never defined by square footage, but by the experiences, emotions, and memories a home holds.
