This 5 BHK residence project located in the center of the Indore city was a challenge that our team was excited to take on. With a client who wanted a luxurious yet cozy space that felt like home, we knew we had to strike a balance between the two. The end result was an opulent and comfortable neoclassical themed penthouse design.

The color scheme we chose for this project was cream, gold, and soft pastels, which helped to create a warm and welcoming ambiance. We incorporated different textures and materials to add depth and visual interest to the space.

For example, we used marble flooring in the living areas, adding a touch of luxury to the space, while the bedrooms were fitted with wooden floors, which added warmth and comfort.

The living room was designed to be the heart of the home, with plush sofas and comfortable seating for the family and their guests. We added a lot of natural light to the space to create an airy and open feel. To add an element of grandeur, we incorporated a chandelier and a human sculpture that served as a focal point in the room.

The dining room was designed to accommodate family gatherings and dinner parties. We chose a large table and elegant chairs to make sure that there was plenty of seating for everyone.

The dining area was fitted with large windows that allowed natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We started by working on the layout of the penthouse to make the most of the available space. The penthouse was spread over two levels, and we wanted to create a seamless flow between the two floors. To achieve this, we focused on creating a central staircase that connected the two levels, adding a grandeur and elegance to the space.

Each of the five bedrooms was designed with its own unique style, yet all were tied together with the neoclassical theme. The master bedroom was the most luxurious, with a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a spacious ensuite bathroom.

We used warm colors, plush fabrics, and elegant lighting to create a cozy and intimate ambiance. The other four bedrooms were designed to be comfortable and inviting, with soft lighting, plush bedding, and elegant furniture.

The bathrooms were designed to be luxurious and functional, with marble flooring, elegant fixtures, and plenty of storage.

We added a lot of natural light to the bathrooms to make them feel spacious and open. The master bathroom was designed with a freestanding bathtub and a large shower, making it the perfect place for relaxation.

One of the main highlights of this project was the lush green terrace, which provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The terrace was designed with a temple and deck seating, creating a peaceful and calming atmosphere for the family to relax and unwind.

The temple area was designed with intricate carvings and exquisite detailing, creating a spiritual ambiance and making it the perfect place for prayer and meditation.

Overall, the neoclassical themed 5 BHK penthouse project located in the center of the city was a huge success. We were able to create a luxurious and welcoming space that met the family’s needs and exceeded their expectations.

The lush green terrace with a temple and deck seating added an element of tranquility, making this penthouse a perfect oasis in the heart of the city. The attention to detail, the use of high-quality materials, and the seamless integration of the neoclassical theme made this project one of our most satisfying yet.
