The word Bayt means ‘Home’ in Arabic, this space was to be designed in a way that each room has its own story to tell. The clients are originally from Dubai and their taste in design would not be anything lesser than having a lavish home with warmth and comfort. We wanted the house to have a touch of Dubai house which was to play with gold somewhere in the most fun way possible.

Huddled in the lush landscape of Dharampur, this 1500 sq.ft 3BHK Row house is an art of its own. The entire space and design planning was done by keeping the clients design and liking in mind. We had so many challenges our way starting from doing this house at the peak of covid with clients not being physically present for any finalisations, material procurement etc. Ultimately our clients trust in us to give them the best output. We have thoroughly enjoyed making their dream come true. A house on a hillock having so many restrictions to work yet the process was so satisfying for the entire team and the clients that none of these challenges could stop us from giving them the result they expected out of us!
The highlight of the house has to be the Mandir which was the most important spot in the house. The entire layout planning of the living room was done after placing the mandir because it had to be the center of attraction. Complementing that is the Panel next to the TV unit made in similar look and feel that houses the chitrapat of their Spiritual Guru, Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji.
These two spaces have given life to the house. Adding to these two beauties is the 15′ long sofa wall that has a combination of semi-ribbed panel with gold pattis and gold framing on windows which totally showcases clients taste and liking.
There is a huge open kitchen with a semi caged gold partition dividing the staircase and the kitchen area. This kitchen has a maximum number of drawers for easy use to the client. The combination of the two colors along with beige quartz is winning our hearts.
Alongside the kitchen is the beautiful amalgamation of ribbed panels with gold patti completely adding to the splendour of the house. The Mandir and the Panel was designed and planned in a way that it would compliment each other. The envelope layers of boxing for the mandir which showcases Shrimad Rajchandraji is oozing out divinity in the entire house.
Going onto the 1st floor is the Master Bedroom that gives a very welcoming vibe. The fabric bed and use of colors are done in a way that it reflects the personality of the client.
Subtle use of marble rafters along with gold patti is a treat on its own. Widespread use of texture paint all throughout the room was the best decision we could take for this room.
This also houses a parents bedroom on the ground floor that is a lap of luxury in itself. Having 4′ wide single beds for the couple is surely a luxury on its own. The richness of this room is the use of ribbed wardrobes in pu finish giving it a complete look of its own. We wanted to add a feel of reflecting color and hence we placed tinted glass above the furniture to give a wholesome look.
Right next to it is the kids bedroom that has a beautiful combination of blues and wood. The room was planned to house 3 kids each having its own unique touch. It is surely a way to showcase their personality and give them the luxury to enjoy the space at its fullest.
The blue rafters are balancing the entire wall with an enveloped wooden panel which adds to the beauty of the wall. The wardrobes have U shape design on its shutter is to compliment the U-shape ribbed headboard and we have loved the way it has turned out to be.
Because it is giving out a very chill, balanced and yet fun outlook to the entire room. This house also includes a wide 500 sq.ft terrace which the perfect spot to unwind yourself.
