The wide, unobstructed seating space of the living room is muted in the earthy yet levitating appearance of the sofas and only broken in the presence of the copper-patina teal chair and a seemingly large arco-style floor lamp.

Sneak peek into the seating area of the living room and the entrance vestibule. A spacious pause point at the threshold of the home, complete with a floor-to-ceiling shoe cabinet, an elegant seat lit in the presence of framed Madhubani art and a focus floor lamp. This minimalistically designed penthouse is filled with intricacies and homely details.
The day-time brightness in the living room is intentionally regulated by the coffee crème shade of the floor, ceiling and blinds. The mild colors are balanced in rich textures provided by the end-to end blinds, tall planter and an inconspicuous.
The statement chair and lamp create the perfect nook for silent reading in a large living room. The eccentric globe lamp is a sure-shot dining table conversation starter with guests.
A balanced use of ash wood cabinetry against the monochromatic tiled and painted surfaces in the kitchen skilfully negotiate the offsets in the wall and provide optimum storage.
A matching ash wood finish console with fluted glass shutters are a perfect service counter top besides the dining table and provide a peek into the clients’ impressive range of crocker.
A slick monochrome M.S. extrusion at the perimeter of the terrace walls with openings, topped with an pergola provide effective protection against the elements. The use of excess tiles as a patterned wall finish add a quirky touch to the space.
An effective use of a slim window to provide natural light for dressing with a tilted mirror cleverly incorporated into the nook created by the wardrobe. Attractive wood and metal plate shelves at the at the compact study surrounded by views of the city. At the back is a fluted glass encased bookshelf.
This bedroom exudes a relaxed, beach vibe through its roast coffee and latte material palette, alphonso yellow and sea-foam green accents and a rocking chair besides the tall plants.
The kids’ bedroom explores the opportunity to have an acoustic panel disguised as a headboard for effective noise absorption. Adjusting the proportions of the material palette used the house in this longish kids room lends the feel of a different environment, cut from the same cloth: the walls and overhead storage are all white, use of ash wood is minimal and is bound by black frame accents with an entire wall upholstered in teal.
The minimalistic edgy table besides the window is designed for distraction free studies, with a smart focus floor lamp in balanced composition with the mixed fabric chair.
The frame across the full height mirror, in line with the bed absorbs the offset in the wall to provide more surfaces to keep things in this room designed for greater floor space and compact storage.
The use of chrome yellow china mosaic in the top-lit bath is in a playful contrast with the form defining panels of grey tiles that make up this energetic space.
