The combined living and dining area is the heart of the home, designed for sophisticated comfort and seamless flow. The living space features olive-green leather seating with bold terracotta and graphic accent pillows. It creates an instantly welcoming yet confident statement.
An elegant marble-top table and plush chairs anchor the dining area, while modern suspended light fixtures highlight it.
Uniquely connecting to the kitchen is a stylish breakfast counter featuring a custom, sculptural wooden leg, a perfect marriage of form and function. Together, these spaces balance bold design with a warm, approachable elegance for both daily life and grand entertaining.
Designed as a true retreat, the master bedroom is a statement of serene yet bold luxury. The eye is immediately drawn to the stunning backdrop of rich, warm wood paneling, which instantly creates a cocoon of comfort.
Centered on the wall is a dramatic circular piece of art, serving as a powerful focal point that injects personality and color into the space. Beneath it, the large bed, dressed in soft, muted tones of sage and cream, invites complete relaxation.
Every detail, including the stylish bedside table and unique wall lights, has been selected to create an atmosphere that is both intimate and exclusive—a peaceful, private haven for unwinding.
This dedicated bar room is a nod to sophisticated entertaining and bold style. It’s a high-impact space designed to be the life of any gathering, offering a distinctly modern and inviting atmosphere. Anchored by a dark, richly textured accent wall, the room features a sleek bar cabinet with distinctive brass hardware and a striking marble-effect facade. Above, a unique circular wooden display unit with glass shelves provides an elegant spot for spirits and glassware. This space perfectly exemplifies how the apartment incorporates dedicated zones for lively, modern living, ensuring every detail contributes to an experience of fun and flair.
Our absolute favorite! This kids’ room is a vibrant realm of playful design and boundless imagination. Featuring stylish bunk beds and a captivating cloud-themed accent wall with whimsical illustrations, it’s built for dreams and adventures.
Integrated custom cabinetry offers smart storage and a delightful reading nook with charming bear-ear details, encouraging both organization and cozy exploration. A colorful bookshelf further invites creativity, making this space a true testament to thoughtful, joyful design crafted for youthful energy and growth.

Our philosophy was to create a home that is fundamentally comfortable and inviting, even while making courageous design choices. Each of the 2,650 square feet reflects a perfect balance between high style and everyday living. From the choice of lighting fixtures that enhance the mood to the bespoke cabinetry that maximizes function, every component works together.
