Happiness, they say, lies in the little things… in shared moments, in the warmth of togetherness, and in the first ray of the morning sun. This well lit home was envisioned with that very spirit — to fulfill the simple yet profound joys of life for a family of three, all within a thoughtfully planned 1700 sq. ft., 3 BHK layout. Despite its compact footprint, the space breathes with openness. A contemporary design language flows throughout, elevated with subtle accent shades that add depth, character, and warmth to the interiors.
Well Lit Spaces And A Contemporary Design Come Together In This Compact Home | Simplécede
Open the door, and sunlight becomes the first resident of this home.
It enters gently—washing over textured stucco walls, tracing the clean lines of furniture crafted in natural teak. Every surface receives it differently, revealing a palette that is both warm and intentional.
Across this compact 3BHK, light is not just an element—it is the thread that ties everything together. It softens transitions, enhances materiality, and creates a rhythm between spaces.
The living–dining space is where it lingers longest—interacting playfully with accents. A green seater anchors the room, while a black pendant punctuates it with contrast. Art pieces hold its attention, their textures and materiality coming alive under its quiet touch. The space feels grounded, yet expressive.
While communal space is subtle, rooms have a colorful vibe.
In the primary bedroom, the light spreads across a calm blue canvas of cabinetry and headboard. creating a moment that feels almost sky-like. The room is stripped of excess, allowing clarity and stillness to take center stage.
The girl’s bedroom is more intimate, more personal. Sunlight finds its way to the window seat and pauses—as if that corner was designed just for it. With cabinetry and headboard in forest green tones, the space feels imaginative and nurturing, balancing comfort with a sense of quiet escape.
The guest bedroom carries a different energy—welcoming, composed, and serene. Empanneled window lends for an inviting frame to the room with two single beds and subtle olive cabinetry.
Sometimes invisible, yet always present,
Sunshine lives in everyday moments,
in conversations, in stillness,
in the life that unfolds within these walls.
