The brief sought a home that felt like an embrace. We balanced aesthetic sophistication with the functionality required for a large household while ensuring the design radiates warmth through clean and contemporary lines.
The layout prioritises connectivity, ensuring movement and natural light cascades effortlessly between spaces. To enhance the home’s individuality, we sourced custom furniture, rare artefacts, and bespoke art from China, creating a curated global aesthetic.
Designed to foster interaction, the living area serves as the home’s heartbeat. A striking sliding partition separates the kitchen while acting as a bold visual element. This feature proves that high-utility spaces can remain aesthetically sleek.
The wavy ceiling echoes the ripples of a water droplet at the room’s center. This fluid motif continues onto a textured white marble feature wall, where carved patterns create a rhythmic backdrop for the TV.
The master bedroom was envisioned as a private haven. It features a wide marble cladding that adds a sense of permanence and grandeur.
A cozy, integrated walk-in wardrobe offers streamlined convenience, while focal statement pieces ensure the room feels curated rather than just furnished. The use of repetitive design motifs across these private quarters creates a soothing visual rhythm that promotes rest.
The Parents’ bedroom is designed keeping in mind their comfort along with elegance. The bedroom features a stunning wooden sliced wallpaper in hues of purple, handcrafted mandir in Indian marble and unique wardrobe accents creating a perfect blend of style and tranquility. Bathed in sunlight and designed for relaxation, the bedroom truly feels like a sanctuary.
Perhaps the most spirited corner of the home is the kids’ bedroom. Designed with a super cool outer space theme, the room is an immersive world of planets, astronauts, and stars.
Every element of this Pune home, from the wall treatments to the lighting, was chosen to spark curiosity and fuel the imagination of the youngest family members, proving that luxury can and should be fun.
