    [Sassy_Social_Share]

Editor’s Note: There’s a certain ease in homes that don’t try to define luxury too loudly. KHAYAAL feels like a space where comfort naturally takes the lead, and everything else follows. The openness of the plan allows spaces to flow into one another effortlessly, creating a sense of calm that feels both intentional and lived-in. What stands out is the balance—between warmth and refinement, privacy and openness—making it a home that feels as comfortable as it is composed. – Yamini Patil

KHAYAAL is a refined contemporary tropical residence located in Tirur, designed as a Harmonious balance between luxury, warmth, and nature.
