  • This Luxurious House Is An Exquisite Reflection Of A360’s Signature Style | A360 architects

Some clients, some projects, some homes are not just a part of our work, they occupy a special place in our heart. This luxurious house is an exquisite reflection of A360’s signature style with a harmonious blend of the client’s identity, aspirations and reflection of their personality.

It is a house that combines luxury and warmth. After understanding the requirements, we cleared out the spaces so that each room would have plenty of sunlight and ventilation. The 45 x 60 site turned into an indoor space interacting with a semi-outdoor space. The bar area and home theatre became the centre of activity and living, while the courtyard surrounding the dining area reflected the tranquillity of the space.

Yelahanka house is a luxury residence in the heart of Bangalore, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built on a 45 x 60 foot, east facing site. The home was designed with her two millennial children in mind, who are studying engineering and medicine.

You have a demanding lifestyle and wanted a modern and luxurious home with all the right amenities. The modern home is a masterpiece designed with meticulous attention to detail, a bungalow designed with a harmonious aesthetic and a combination of thoughtful style in a contemporary setting.

Modern and very luxurious living room with gold details and brown tones in a neutral ambience with sophisticated modern pieces. This type of marble flooring design for living blends in well with interiors design style.

A sense of uniformity is created by using brown sofas that matches the interiors of the project. It blends perfectly with gold and brown tones.

A geometric chevron-patterned marble wall panel mellowed out with soft lines and embellished by veneer finish.

Dining room is all about visualization of space with a practical approch, and also making the room warm and welcoming.

A neutral color palette and lighting is key to setting the dining area tone. Focusing more on lighting, we opted for warm white to golden ambient light, and a chandelier that hangs over the dining table for aesthetics.

The stone cladding with the verticle gardens naer the dining area makes a vernacular architectural elment. It encourages ventilation, brings in needed sunlight and offers a way to create a connection between the indoors and outdoors.

The greenery-laced mini garden makes the focal point for the dining area.

Paying attention to the way the sun moves over the space and considering the afternoon sun, courtyard flooring like natural paver stones has been installed to retain more heat.

Daughter’s bedroom A simple and elegantly design room facing the road side, which opens to the attached balcony connecting the space to the outdoors.

A vision of blue greets us in this bedroom. The warm lights and the spaced out design surely makes this bedroom an epitome of clean living. While the brown shades accentuates the setting.

The blue and cream-white highlights the focal point of the room, the leather addes the luxury to the room and elevates the entire look of the space.

A Neutral tones can be the perfect start for a serene design. Combine shades of white, cream, and brown provides a calm, and cozy foundation. Dark blue pairs easily with neutral bedroom colors to create a soothing look. Warm beige walls and creamy off white furnishings sets a comforting tone, while blue accents offers a cool contrast to the room

Home Theatre – A home theatre tends to be perceived as inherently luxurious. This space is adorned with velvet curtains and leather armchairs, sure to make any guest admire. Everything is set in warm red and brown color palettes to create cohesion,
