The project which I am sharing is a 3BHK modern design house located in Pune city. This residence categorizes itself into the modern style. We tried to create a balance between coherence & comfort. Home interiors with white balance never goes out of style. Playing with the elegant shades of other color scheme gives a fashionable statement and it’s pleasing too. The abundance brightness in the simple duet appears to be so graceful and lovely in this residence. Also, the upbeat and spacious environment created here brightens the life of family members living here.

Living Area
Onyx marble is used for tv units wall cladding. Master bedroom door is incorporated in design to merge it with TV unit. Partition is used on both side of living area to segregate it with family area and temple area.
Dining Area
Back painted glass & Italian marble has been used for wall cladding. Back painted glass has been continued from ceiling to wall for TV unit and chandelier is added to give it a glamorous touch.
Entrance
Simple yet appealing entrance m a d e with the use of material like veneer, marble, back painted glass in brass strips.
Kitchen
Anthracite by AGL has been used for kitchen platform and wall cladding. Peach and white colour has been used for giving it soothing yet modern look.
Entrance Foyer
Partition is designed using back painted glass in brass strips in wooden frame. Partition is used to segregate entrance foyer and temple area. Ceiling is made in ply finished in veneer with lamination coating. Italian marble is used for flooring
Courtyard Area
Italian marble has been used for flooring which also extends on terrace due to its height we have also a highlighted ceiling with brass strips in Deco paint. Chandelier is used to add a glamorous look.
Terrace
Combination of Italian marble, tile and artificial grass is used for terrace flooring. Wall cladding is done in PVC panel and brick tiles a small wash basin is also provided in terrace with granite top. Partition is also designed in terrace to segregate washing place from terrace and to give terrace a clean look.
Master Bedroom
Use of material like veneer, marble is used to give royal look to master bedroom. Travertine marble is used for tv unit s wall cladding. Combination of Veneer and MDF is used on furniture. lamination coating is used on furniture and lustre paint to finish walls and ceilings.
Kid’s Bedroom
Simple yet trendy bedroom made with the use of material like near veneer, Onyx marble cushions, etc. Duco paint is used on furniture finishing, lamination coating is used for veneer finishing and lustre paint and Onyx marble to finish walls.
Son’s Bedroom
Use of material like veneer, marble is used to give royal look to master bedroom. Travertine marble is used for tv units wall cladding. Combination of Veneer and MDF is used on furniture. Lamination coating is used on furniture and lustre paint to finish walls and ceilings.
