The Saxena House is a highly personalized home for two brothers, each occupying a separate floor. The design maximizes available space, seamlessly blending indoors with outdoors. This ventilated house also promotes natural light, creating a healthier living environment.
The client desired a home that was “well-ventilated and spacious.” Designed for intimate lunches and family gatherings, the space boasts a distinctive aesthetic.

The seating cluster presents itself as the perfect vantage point to immerse. Rich textures of natural stone and wood create a calming yet bold atmosphere. Meanwhile, furniture adds a touch of contemporary luxury.
The floor is an exciting concoction of Italian marble with rugs. However, this place is all about natural lights and ventilation.
The dining area and bar area happen to be in an extended part of the living room with an open concept kitchen and high-rise seating by its side.
With adequate light and ventilation, it is a perfect place for intimate lunches, family gatherings, and parties.
The living room, dining area, and bar area are a part of one large, contiguous space.
This beautiful bedroom tells the story of merging artistic expression with architectural values.
The seamless blend of natural elements with opulent touches, warm earthy tones, grey Italian marble, wood accents, and furniture creates an ambience of understated elegance and tranquility in this ventilated house.
