Once a 2500 sq ft anonymous box, the 4 bedroom residence in Gurgaon stitches together meticulous minimalism and maximal experiences, amplifying a lingering simplicity.
Infused with floral motifs, pastel hues, and captivating prints, the first words that come to one’s mind on entering the space are serene and fresh. Boho blooms explores a variety of printed fabrics from Gulmohar Lane and wallpapers from Kalakaari Haath.
This House In Delhi Feels At Home Away From Home | About the Space
At the foyer is a white console with cane accents against a botanical backdrop of soft and natural colors. Thus setting the overall mood of a serene and organic space.
In the Living, is another stunning wallpaper from Kalakaari Haath. This uplifts the entire area with its detailed print and muted colors.
The sofas complement each other and tie in with the botanical theme. The dark green armchairs add depth and contrast to the entire seating arrangement.
The dining area focuses on the same elements and ensures a seamless flow between the two spaces. The rug from Jaipur rugs subtly picks up hues from all the other pieces and anchors the seating area creating a cohesive look.
Going in sync with the clients brief of minimal paneling, in this project artworks, wallpapers, and printed fabrics take center stage.
In the first bedroom, hints of soft blue and fresh white evoke a sense of calm and tranquility. Although white is the primary color in the room, the blue motifs on the wall, weave the space together.
The beach sand polish on the bed and side tables making it a coastal sanctuary. There’s no better way to soften a room than with a tranquil shade of sage.
The other bedroom adorns a sage green and cane theme, a stunning combination with beige giving it a serene, earthy, and warm look. The room truly is connected to the exterior in a way that feels fresh and natural.
Use of handcrafted decors, organic fabrics, wallpapers, woods connect the home to a natural world promoting a grounded and serene environment. Whether you are looking for a peaceful corner to read a book, or a nook to work from home, this abode makes the perfect second home.
