Oasis of Elegance refers to a space that exudes sophistication, style and tranquility. The concept of this House In Bombay involves a harmonious blend of luxurious materials, refined furnishings, and tasteful décor, creating an atmosphere of calm and understated opulence. It’s a place where people can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in lavish experiences surrounded by beauty.
The design ethos incorporates high-end materials and refined finishes without overwhelming the space. Striking geometric patterns, curved panels incorporate levels, adding depth, visual interest, and character to a modern edge while still adhering to the minimalist principle of simplicity.
The centrepiece is a stunning curved sofa that embodies contemporary elegance. An antique watch adjacent to a unique clay head is on the panel, adding a rustic, artistic, yet modern touch to the dining room, respectively, with elegance.
In essence, decor items significantly express personality, boosting property value and providing a positive impact on mood. The thoughtful placement of each piece enhances the visual appeal and create a gallery-like ambiance within the home.
Rugs are handpicked for their intricate designs and superior quality, adding warmth and texture and creating an inevitable and comfortable environment.
A well-planned accent wall with a touch of vibrant metal accents serves as a focal point, adding a subtle yet sophisticated touch to the interiors. Veneer finishes provide a rich contrast that enhances the space. HDMR panels, which are both stylish and functional, provide a sleek finish while ensuring longevity and resistance to moisture.
A kitchen designed with smart storage solutions ensures practicality along with high-quality material. Throughout the apartment, strategically placed lighting enhances the ambiance, highlighting the refined materials and intricate details.
The Mandir, the sacred and embracing part of the project, is carefully curated and adorned with “Kalpavriksh” and “Lotus Motifs” with intricate handle shutters, bringing serenity and purity to the home.
The Bedrooms are sanctuaries of relaxation, with soft, neutral tones, luxurious linens, and custom-built wardrobes that offer ample storage without compromising style.
Recessed lighting, elegant chandeliers, and modern sconces work together to create a warm and welcoming environment. The entire apartment is covered in the finest marble, selected not only for its beauty but also for its durability and timeless appeal.
The art deco chairs’ handle details are typically bold geometric shapes, rich colours, and intricate detailing. They are a more subdued form, featuring clean lines and minimal ornamentation yet retaining their characteristic elegance.
The neutral colour scheme and metal accents are used sparingly but effectively. It adds a hint of industrial chic and luxurious warmth without overwhelming the simplicity of the design.
The preliminary part of the project had limited space and yet had the concept of open space. The design maximises functionality and creativity.
The room’s colour palette is dominated by soothing greys, beiges, and whites blended with contrasting texture materials, creating a serene and cohesive atmosphere.
Seating provides comfort and a touch of historical charm, seamlessly blending with the contemporary minimalist theme of the study.
The overall effect is a serene, stylish, and highly functional workspace that embodies the principles of minimalist contemporary design, echoing the elegance and glamour of the space.
