    Concept

The design ethos revolves around harnessing natural materials to their fullest potential, creating an environment that is both sustainable and visually pleasing. The crafted spaces embrace the play of sunlight throughout the day.

    Colour Palette

The interior’s focal point was to act as a backdrop for the natural light to set into the heart of the home. The color palette is subtle and cool with areas highlighted with natural wood veneers to bring a sense of warmth inside the space. The quiet simplicity permeates every corner, inviting moments of peace and reflection.

The clients desired a space which they can populate in the course of time to make the apartment their home, therefore the layered walls facilitate the same.

    Bedroom

The apartment bedrooms are neutral in colour, with wardrobes in a matte Duco finish. It follows the same wall colour to keep the space as calm and unobtrusive as possible.

Thus, the wardrobes, which take up a large portion, blend into one and make it part of the room rather than standing apart.

    Master Bedroom

The master bedroom had to go through some civil changes to make way for a larger wardrobe and dress area.

    Dress Area

The dress area gets a full 6 feet height mirror which also gives a sense of a larger space and breaks the angular geometry having an organic form.

Two 10-foot-long wardrobes were accommodated into the layout for the master bedroom to give ample storage space. Hence, the decision to blend the same into the walls with wallpapers to give texture and elegance to the space.

Handcrafted furniture, meticulously crafted from teakwood, takes center stage in Sunset Home. Each piece is a testament to the skill and artistry of the craftsmen working with the studio, with attention to detail evident in every curve and joint.

The rich tones and grain patterns of the teakwood add depth and character to the interior, creating a timeless aesthetic that exudes understated luxury.

Overall, Sunset Home is a sanctuary of comfort and style, where the beauty of natural materials and the power of daylight converge to create a space that is both inviting and inspiring.
