Bathed in golden light and dressed in curated calm, Soléa by Andspaces is not just a home—it’s an orchestrated experience of movement, mindfulness, and material harmony. Set in the upscale neighbourhood of Koregaon Park, this 5BHK residence reimagines luxury through the lens of spatial clarity and quiet drama.
This Home In Koregaon Park Is An Orchestrated Experience Of Movement | Andspaces Consultants Private Limited
At first glance, Soléa’s interior palette feels ethereal—muted whites, mellow beiges, creamy taupes, and light wood grains dominate the surfaces. But look closer, and the space begins to whisper stories through its contours. “Every edge is softened; every intersection is intentional. ”The design borrows from Japanese simplicity and Mediterranean calm, seamlessly blending modern luxe with soulful restraint.
The open-plan living area is an essay in zoning done right. Flowing effortlessly into the dining zone, the spaces are united by a custom light fixture—a sculptural statement that arcs overhead like a golden constellation.
A mix of tailored sofas, custom modular seating and tactile upholstery ensures the space accommodates both intimate gatherings and languid lounging.
The dining table, flanked by a curated bench and mid-century-inspired chairs, anchors the space beneath softly textured fluted walls and floating shelves that feel almost weightless.
The kitchen brings in just the right amount of visual punch with a mustard-toned quartz counter and white lacquered shutters. Smart appliances are embedded seamlessly, and warm wood cabinets ensure the space feels less like a utilitarian zone and more like an extension of the home’s aesthetic story.
The master bedroom is a sanctuary carved out with layered textures and hidden transitions. A backdrop of abstract line art panels meets a tonal headboard that wraps around the bed like a protective embrace. At its heart lies a signature detail: a dual-sided walk-through wardrobe design that doubles as both a spatial divider and a sculptural element.
Thoughtfully placed between the sleeping zone and ensuite, this wardrobe allows for an intuitive dressing experience—offering seamless circulation on both ends without interrupting the room’s visual calm. The materiality is refined—velvets, brushed wood, and backlit shelving combine to create moments of pause. A dedicated lounge area with a soft reading chair and custom TV unit nods to slow living.
Designed for delight, the children’s bedroom is a joyous fusion of colour and function. A playful slide, built-in bunk, and soft-edged millwork make the space whimsical yet grounded. The designers layered the Pastel tones with terrazzo and open shelving, creating a backdrop for imagination without visual clutter. Every corner—from the tiny reading nook to the integrated toy displays—reflects child-centric design, without compromising aesthetic coherence.
In contrast, the parents’ bedroom of this home in Koregaon Park is serene and grounded. Fluted panelling in natural wood tones wraps the bed wall, and the wardrobe shutters echo classic elegance with modern trims. The lighting is minimal, the textures gentle, and the layout symmetrical—echoing values of discipline and warmth.
Soléa in Karegaon Park is distinctly Andspaces—where precision meets poetry. Every zone has a mood, every object has breathing space. The home balances vastu sensibilities, client lifestyle needs, and the studio’s refined design grammar. More than a home, Soléa is a manifesto: Luxury doesn’t shout—it flows.
