This office was designed for young and energetic individuals of the firm. The main aim was to create a modern yet subtle ambiance for work which provides calmness and healthy working conditions.

We have designed this office space using lighter colours with a mixture of greys, greens and neutrals. Light wood looks mixed with pops of colour on flooring and walls is a popular option in an office environment that can help employees feel more cheerful and positive.

The space has been planned with a mix of closed cabins for the directors, enclosed cubicles and few workstations in the open office. Use of glass has been maximised for visual connectivity & penetration of sunlight into the space.

Office is designed with naked ceiling (open conduit system) & wall panelling evocative of the panels filled with acoustical materials for better sound proofing. The furniture is simple with clean lines, with little grey pops of smokey upholstery in the furniture.

All MD’s cabins hold a 10 feet long work desk all finished in veneer & Mirror. The MD’s cabin has a hard wood flooring done in a chevron pattern.

The work desk is a walnut wood table with a white corian on top to match. A large walnut wood partition wall acts as a display with mirror which enhances overall space and develops new viewpoints. Wall textured with tones of grey that adds a touch of elegance.

The meeting & conference rooms are well equipped with video conferencing equipment (short throw projector).

The terrace is a cheerful space with a beige textured wall, that is enhanced with pergola as shading element on terrace with beautiful rustic finish lantern which hold fire style lamps.

The ceiling is an open cell metal grid with pendant antique lamps. There are two large 6 pax tables with rustic wooden top as dining areas for staff members. The overall beauty of terrace is enhanced by natural greens that provide overall calmness and peace and walking on superb quality artificial grass provide a relaxing experience to all on terrace.
