The tactile sanctuary’s design philosophy centre’s on a “less is more” approach, focusing on high-quality materials, clean lines, and an intentionally crafted selection of furniture and art. The goal was to deliver a tranquil, sophisticated, and enduring aesthetic that serves as a calm sanctuary for the client located in the heart of Ahmadabad.
The furniture is characterized by clean, architectural lines, sleek silhouettes, and a focus on form and function. A beautiful blend of Organic Modern and Warm Minimalism, often overlapping with elements of Japandi furniture in the space.

Extensive use of light, natural-grain wood paneling creates a cohesive backdrop. The living room features a striking wall treatment composed of a grid of small, rounded wooden spheres, adding a unique, highly textured, and artistic dimension.
The furniture design for each element is crafted in a manner that is in reference to each other. The dining table base with the artistic column in the living room complementing each other. Wooden storage appears to have rounded edges and corners, softening the mass of the unit. The use of wood paneling, such as the curved fluted cabinet detail in one image, is a strong, sculptural accent that adds texture and movement.
TV area includes a sleek, floating console unit with minimalist lines and an adjoining feature column made of stacked cylindrical and spherical wooden blocks and on the other side there is a designed wooden pooja unit just blending right with the overall space.
The seating includes a textured, light-colored sofa and a matching, subtly striped armchair, emphasizing comfort and organic textures. A simple, blocky coffee table and sculptural objects—provide sharp contrast and anchor the warm tones. A unique piece of curved, arched shelving with a grid pattern also adds visual interest.
A contemporary master bedroom is a serene retreat that brings the hint of minimal element to the space. With the highlighting bed back detailed wall. A space bathed in soft natural light, where a bed adorned with crisp linens takes center stage.
Another parents bedroom having the bay window sitting to relax with the soft curves flowing all over the space from wardrobe shutter to mirror to bay window seating bringing the soft element of nature from the big window.
The kids room is highly customized, featuring multi-level platforms, integrated shelving, and a mirrored alcove built into the walls. The design maximizes space with chubby-style storage and a playful staircase leading to the bed area.
A vertical pole with small round platforms serves as display storage for toys, adding a fun, functional feature. The decor—plush toys and a patterned bedspread—introduces muted color and personality
This apartment brings the feel of visual as well as tangible experience of “less is more” to the space for the client. So by this, the element of tactile is felt in over all space with the material that are used and the ambience that is been crafted for the space by us.
