    The space takes inspiration from american interiors and has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate Mr. and Miss Vakas Raykay, along with their 12-year-old child, the couple possess a deep appreciation for art, music, and simplicity. Inspired by minimalistic themes observed during their stay in the USA, the home exudes an atmosphere of clean lines and uncluttered spaces.

    Living Room:

    As one steps into the house, the living room greets visitors as the first encountering space. It embraces simplicity with a muted colour palette of soft whites and gentle greys with highlights of wooden finishes introducing warmth into the space complemented by the natural light from the double-height window that fills the room. The furnishings are unpretentious, characterised by minimalist designs and clean lines, creating a serene and inviting ambience.

    Under-Stair Nook:

    Situated beneath the staircase soffit, a sleek piano resides in a minimalist setting. Plush seating and a curated collection of books and artefacts form an inviting reading nook, illuminated by soft, diffused lighting, offering a tranquil retreat.

    A narrow datum gracefully connects various parts of the house, with some sense of privacy being introduced artisanally with a seamless ledge wall with captivating MS details which separate the spaces.

    Dining Area:

    The dining area with immaculate wooden finishes complemented by the brown leather chairs of the dining table cast by warm light introduced by the eccentric chandelier and the seamless integration of the outdoors brings a new dimension and attention pleasing the eyes and inviting unimaginable gatherings.

    Kitchen:

    The kitchen adheres to the minimalistic colour palette of whites and greys, featuring streamlined cabinetry and high-quality finishes accompanied by the floating wooden bar making the space light and bright with the emphasis on the highlights all made pleasant by the blissful rays provided by the skylight

    Master Bedroom:

    The master bedroom continues to adhere to the minimalist theme, featuring subtle wood accents and a carefully curated collection of art and decor that reflects the homeowners’ tastes and interests, minimal decor acts as a canvas for the highlights and artefacts. The reading corner exhibits a zestful setting with modernistic essences.

    Family Room (First Floor):

    The family room upholds the theme of simplicity with an emphasis on abundant natural light. Large windows with minimalist well-laid-out decor elements make the space cosy and well-adaptable for various activities while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.

    Children’s Bedroom:

    The child’s bedroom deviates from the house’s predominantly white and grey tones, embracing a calm sage green shade to establish the child’s unique space. Thoughtful storage solutions ensure the room remains uncluttered yet functional.

    Guest Bedroom (Ground Floor):

    The guest bedroom on the ground floor has been thoughtfully designed to provide a sense of spaciousness and simplicity.

    Light tones and minimalist furnishings contribute to the creation of a tranquil haven for visitors.

    Home Office (Top Floor):

    The top-floor home office serves as a versatile space for work, dance practice, and reading. A full-wall mirror fulfils the functional need required for dance practice catering to Miss Raykay, while the ample wall shelvings fulfil the needs of Mr Raykay,s to deck up his books and artefacts and enjoy reading.

    The room’s colour pallet with the introduction of blue and brownish-orange tones brings a duality of static and ecstatic with the overall feel of harmony.
