The project which I am sharing is 1200sq/ft 3 bhk apartment located in Bharuch, Gujarat. In this apartment we tried to create luxury with simplicity & also tried to maintain quality of class throughout the apartment. The Shah’s Apartment exhibits elegance, lavishness and modernist features of the design.
The Living room, One of the sides is enhanced with a contrasting Mint Lether & Jute sofa making a bold statement in the living. One can also find a very interesting wall hanging of circles Painitng made from different materials, making it the most eye conic element in the room.
The tabletops are even in Round shapes to following this approach. The superior white Flower on corner of Sofa unit offers an intensified and appealing base to the overall setup. The Living room opens into a balcony which is a source of natural sunlight during the day and source of soft breeze at night.
Welcoming vestibule houses an earthy–gray veneer consol, a credenza, white false ceiling with diagonal details driving the eye to the opposite side of the space. The accent wall is treated with Dimond Designer glass paneling giving the space a grandeur and spacious look. The versatile Mint green wall with a cementundertone, the classic style beading, and the hangging light against the tanned comfy sofa defines the character and feel of this space.
This feature wall is further enhanced by the corbelled white ceiling and statuario marble flooring to come together to exemplify the serenity here. All furnishings are designed to be off the ground for keeping the space maintenance-friendly and visually increasing the ground cover.
The Dinning, displaying a neutral colour palette, the battened false ceiling of the dining area creates a pleasing contrast with the earthy tone. A minimal pendant lamp ornate the marble table top of the dining table having heavy wooden legs. Dining space is the center of the house. The main element of the Dinning area is silent white wall with the Big size artistic painting.
The kitchen, The Mint pestle colour cabinets stand out and make a bold statement in the modern modular kitchen adorned with Italian Marble. Kitchen platform is having Gray artificial granite finish on top and mint contrasting look has been created using glass finish drawer with black profile handles and also mint glass with profile shutters for overhead storage.
The Master Bedroom, The wooden flooring makes the room distinct. Headboard has brown leather finish, Bed back wall has Hand tailoring MDF & PU finished and wardrobe has veneer and glass finish. The sleek working desk adds to the utility of the space.
Hidden Door of the walking closet makes the bedroom space and closet arae separate. The general theme of the master bedroom is minimalistic and glitzy. The pastel shades reflect the charming personality and beliefs of the couple. The fancy cushioned headboard next to the elegant bedding illustrates that even small efforts can create exquisite designs.
The Owner Bedroom, This room is fresh and cheerful adorned with pastel colors. Hues of Mint Green and beautiful laser cut corner moulding designs, gives a very tranquil, quaint, and refreshing feel. The client wanted a Parisian feel that blends with simple modern decor with Neoclassical roots.
A soft Mint-blue Flory Curtain with velvet upholstery immediately catches the eye. The understated color palette of plain walls and muted kotta flooring plays against the whimsical hues of the Bed. Rich veining on the PU paint on wall, accentuated with brass lighting art work. The beautiful blend of colors gives a dynamic sense of energy to the Owner Bedroom.
The Kids Room, 110 sq.ft area kids room designed with the idea to maximize floor space and add vibrant colors, keeping in mind the necessary functionality and agility during playtime and study time. In order to maximize functionality, a shutter wardrobe with a subtle fluting is added to the room.
Ideal for children between 3-12 years of age, this room is set up with a more convenient custom bunk bed suitable for growing children. A compact yet functional study unit personalizes this room. The walls are covered in cute and customized wallpapers to add zest and enthusiasm to this kid’s bedroom.
