At the heart of the residence, the living room stands as the vibrant nucleus. Here, a three-layered panelling approach unfolds, drawing inspiration from the intricate folds of origami. The opulent black colour palette plays a starring role, accentuating the design’s fine edges and meticulous techniques.
The contrasting plush furniture and captivating lamp installations transforms the space into a spacious haven. A minimalist yet chic dining area graces the living room, featuring an elegant table paired with ornate chairs.
Beyond the aesthetic appeal of the origami house, this dining arrangement is also a testament to functionality, harmonising effortlessly with the overall design.
The Puja room and kitchen feature a minimalist design that maximizes functionality with premium materials for a luxe finish.
The den or guest area is a true embodiment of the family patriarch’s distinctive personality, showcasing a tapered reverse triangular ceiling that symbolizes velocity and a proactive mindset. Adding a touch of automotive flair, the bar counter takes the form of a barcode, proudly exhibiting an extensive collection of miniature car models. The wall, adorned with a painting by renowned artist Prateek Verma elevates the ambiance to one of utmost luxury and sophistication.
Plush sofas and a generous 85-inch screen elevate the entertainment quotient of the space while it seamlessly connects to the adjoining terrace which extends the razor-sharp design language, ensuring a holistic and immersive experience.
The master bedroom has been tastefully designed in shades of white, black and grey. The floor to ceiling windows are complemented by a king size bed and a huge television screen on the adjacent wall to maximise the cosy and comforting feel. The ensuite bathroom, regally adorned in black and polished marble with meticulous moldings, exudes opulence.
The father’s bedroom, designed for a 75+ years-old individual fond of reading and writing, boasts of a massive bookshelf, a writing table, and wardrobes all in muted grey colour palette that reflects the elegance of his age.
Enveloped in the enchanting hues of mauve and lavender, the young girl’s room in the origami house has been designed, taking into consideration her age and preferences. Balancing minimalism with style, the room emanates a tranquil yet playful ambience. It seamlessly intertwines the delicate folds of the origami theme with a charming and functional aesthetic.
The room features a wardrobe adorned with low handles, a thoughtfully crafted study table, and a designated display corner—each element carefully selected to meet the young occupant’s evolving needs. The intentional arrangement of furnishings, including the bed, ensures ample space for free movement and play.
