Swish Style Apartment Interior | Studio Mahima Bapna

This swish new apartment is a show flat for Shivneri Sahil Empire by JK Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. The client hereby was the builder himself and wanted young, buoyant, cheerful and fresh-looking interiors. Situated in a posh locality of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the show flat had to be designed in a way, where it targets the interest of prospective buyers in general.

    Visit:  Studio Mahima Bapna

    Drawing room:

As you enter this plush apartment, the first visual clue to the kind of luxury that will follow, are the clear, pure white aesthetics of the drawing-room with the occasional burst of colors on the furniture. The ceiling in the foyer is classic and understated with a paneled roof in the concrete finish. The partition separating the Living and Drawing room is a wall paneled in the concrete finish. To add some more drama, a custom-designed tree film and ceramic birds are hung to give a touch of nature in the residence.

    Living & dining room:

The living room is kept minimal with an unobstructed jali partition in the backdrop and an intrigue MDF paneled T.V unit in the foreground. The informal sitting is such that a person has a controlled visual connection from the main door.

A dining table is backed by a crockery unit, with printed wallpaper and also making it cost-effective by hanging pieces of surplus clothes and designer’s logo in an embroidery ring, which gives it a classy look. The major challenge in this house was designing the passage lobby. Due to the segregation between the living and dining room, it was difficult to camouflage the passage ceiling with these areas. Luckily, we nailed it.

A more intimate design solution pervades the bedrooms. Each personal room has a different atmosphere and they have been specially furnished with pieces of custom-designed workmanship.  Also, the entire furnishings has minimal use of handles and knobs, all the products have inbuilt grove in them which merge with the design.

    Kid’s room:

In the Kids room, we have layered up a minimalistic look in the rest of the area to sober up the bold veneer paneling gone behind the bed. The closet is kept subtle by giving profile shutters and inbuilt lights to add up the drama in the room. The study table is connected to the closet not making it a separate entity but as a whole.

    Master bedroom:

The master bedroom is one of the most exquisite parts of the apartment. The bold concrete finished backdrop with vibrant colors in the aesthetics gives the room a fine-spun look, with the wardrobes being the sugar candy to the viewer’s eye.

    Guest room:

The guest room has a warm and welcoming feel with crafty interiors and grand backrest. This room is a subtlety to its finest. The pure white T.V panel gives the room a sense of calmness and relaxation.

    Kitchen:

A flamboyant fusion of different styles brought together to create a look of its own. The kitchen is kept spacious and minimal to attain a clutter-free look.
