  • Neutral Tones and Transparent Planes Outline This Workspace | Studio 507

The essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live. It is about the realities of what makes for an attractive, civilized, meaningful environment, not about fashion or what’s in or what’s out. This is not an easy job. Neutral tones and transparent planes outlines this workplace, designed by Studio 507.

It is the main entrance area with natural sunlight, the 3 earthy  tones of colors  and a bench made from wicker where  wicker material is from a trust where blind children work to do the work of weaving.

Entrance Foyer – Minimal color palette with use of gray, brown and white, giving it a feeling of calmness. The Wicker chair specially made by the blind kids makes it a highlighting element in the office space. The plants are making it look more lively and breathable.

Conference Room – Minimal color palette with use of gray and white . The main highlighter wall with grooves in Mdf is the highlighting partition wall connecting Director Cabin 2.

Workspace – The space which is planned in the main heart of the office is the workstation where all the 3 cabins are overlooking getting separated by a walking passage.

It is the classic composition of structure and design.  The subtle use of white and brown palette makes it very soothing and gives it a look of openness.

The floating cabinets and niches on the wall are the perfect solution for storage and display of books and artefacts.

Directors Cabins – The cabins were designed in the same proportions with the table as the main highlighting element giving it a round curved leg with white stone top. The sofas are made in blue to break the monochromatic play of white and brown color.

The Partition made in glass with wooden framing stands bold looking over the workstation area and giving it a sense of open-ness. The main highlighter walls with grooves are made in Mdf and are used as a separating element between each space.
