Luxury Modern Apartment Blends Two Homes Into One Elegant Space | Siddhartth Sshah & Associates
The exterior spaces have not been overlooked. The living room terrace, with its intricate grillwork, not only enhances the home’s aesthetic appeal but also serves as a functional space for relaxation and entertainment. The shadows created by the grill designs add an artistic touch to the adjacent walls, creating a dynamic and ever-changing canvas of light and shade. The ceiling of the living room, adorned with grey veneer, further elevates the sense of luxury. The master bedroom terrace, connected to the walk-in wardrobe, provides a private outdoor retreat, blending seamlessly with the room’s interior.
Throughout the home, the designers have skillfully balanced natural tones with bold elements, ensuring that the space feels fresh, vibrant, and inviting. The use of high-quality materials, from Satvario tiles to premium veneers and imported leather furniture, reflects the homeowners’ commitment to creating a space that is both functional and luxurious. The result is a home that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of its residents, offering a harmonious blend of elegance, comfort, and modernity. From the thoughtful layout to the impeccable attention to detail, this residence in Satara is a true architectural gem, a space designed to inspire and delight for generations to come.
The heart of the home is undoubtedly the grand living room, a sprawling 23 x 16 ft space that is nothing short of breathtaking. The room is bathed in natural light, courtesy of a 23 ft-wide window that opens up to an expansive terrace.
The terrace itself is framed with HPL grills intricately designed with leather cuts, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. The flooring, consistent across the entire home, features Nexion’s Satvario white tiles in a lappato finish.
This choice not only enhances the home’s aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, it reflects the homeowners’ love for natural tones and bright, airy spaces. Every inch of the home exudes a sense of openness and tranquility. Moreover, large windows in every room ensure abundant natural light.
The continuous flooring creates a seamless flow from one room to the next. Additionally, it further accentuates the home’s cohesive and expansive feel.
The dining area is a testament to the designers’ attention to detail and commitment to luxury. Connected seamlessly to both the living room and kitchen, the dining space ensures easy flow and accessibility. Moreover, it features a 6-seater dining set with a pristine Italian marble top that echoes the lappato finish of the flooring.
This cohesive design extends into the kitchen, a modern culinary haven equipped with modular fittings from Häfele Blum.
The kitchen is a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality. Moreover, it features white quartz countertops, dado walls adorned with Specta’s quartz marble, and a soothing combination of white and light grey tones. As a result, the space feels fresh, inviting, and ready for both everyday cooking and grand entertaining.
A massive 15 x 15 ft in size, the kitchen is flooded with natural light. Thanks to strategically placed windows, it becomes a delightful and inviting space to work in.
The pooja room, a sacred space within the home, features fluted glass with profile trims and a serene backdrop of Asian Paints’ wallpaper, designed to inspire tranquility and devotion.
The private spaces in this home are nothing short of extraordinary. The master bedroom, a transformation of two smaller rooms, is a sanctuary of luxury and comfort.
It features a custom-designed bed imported from China, a veneer-and-marble-finished TV unit, and a walk-in wardrobe with profile shutters and marble laminates.
The wardrobe area also includes a glamorous dressing section, tailored to meet the preferences of the lady of the house.
The en-suite bathroom elevates the opulence further. Additionally, the black and grey checkerboard tiles add a touch of drama and sophistication.
The parents’ bedroom offers a contrasting sense of calm with its beige tones and soft natural lighting.
An 8 ft-wide window allows natural light to flood the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Meanwhile, full-height wardrobes finished in satin laminate stand out with elegant rose gold profile handles. Additionally, it provides ample storage while adding warmth and maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
The children’s room is a playful yet timeless space inspired by their love for outer space. Teal and grey tones dominate the room, complemented by custom furniture and wallpaper that reflects a celestial theme.
Designed with adaptability in mind, the room can easily evolve as the children grow. As a result, it maintains its relevance and functionality over the years.
