Inspired By The Textures & Colors Of A Creme Brulee, This Home Is Full Of Warmth | House of Artistry

The living space is built around calm proportions and a warm material palette of creme brulee. The veneer finished TV console extends into a slender open shelf system framed in matte black metal giving the setup both grounding and lightness. A subtle lime-washed texture runs across the wall, catching natural light and adding quiet movement to the backdrop.

Opposite, an arched niche holds a built-in storage console detailed in cane and wood, tying the living and dining areas together through shared curves and finishes. Every element is designed to stay understated, functional, tactile, and warm.

DINING

The dining space is designed as an intimate corner that blends warmth with structure. A custom curved crockery unit in natural veneer softens the linearity of the layout, becoming a quiet sculptural element in the room. The fluted glass shutters lend lightness and visual layering while subtly concealing storage. The built-in bench with rounded edges continues this sense of softness, detailed with upholstered backrests in muted beige. Paired with cane-back chairs and a slim dining table in white marble-finish top, the space maintains a grounded material palette inspired by creme brulee — oak tones, tactile fabrics, and warm neutrals To create a calm, lived-in ambience that flows seamlessly from the living area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen continues the home’s calm, earthy palette, a mix of oak-finished lower cabinets and white shutters above, detailed with rattan inserts for texture and warmth. The arched opening frames the space softly, creating a visual link to the dining area. A quartz countertop and neutral backsplash keep the look clean and light, while concealed lighting adds depth without breaking the simplicity. Every element is functional, tactile, and warm, designed to feel lived-in, not styled.

MASTER BEDROOM

A warm, restful retreat rooted in earthy tones and tactile comfort. The design blends natural materials with subtle luxury to create a calm, timeless space.

Design Language: Lime-washed walls diffuse light softly, while vertical panelling adds rhythm. Oak veneer wardrobes with woven cane insets and brass handles bring warmth and quiet detail. A built-in window seat extends functionality without cluttering the layout.

Material Palette: Muted sage, rust, and beige tones layered with cotton, linen, and knits. Brass lighting with cane shades adds a handcrafted touch.

GUEST/KIDS BEDROOM

A playful yet composed space designed to transition effortlessly between a child’s room and a guest retreat. The design focuses on gentle forms, soft color play, and functional comfort.

Design Language: Mint-green wainscoting introduces freshness against warm oak detailing. Circular motifs and curved trims lend a sense of ease and continuity, echoed in the mirror and wall art. The study nook by the window is framed in wood, adding structure and warmth.

Material Palette: Matte laminates in off-white, oak veneer, and hints of pastel green paired with woven blinds and light fabrics.
