In This White House, Precision Meets Perfection | House Of Architects-HOA

    White House

The space feels luxury‑modern, clean and warm, with high attention to craftsmanship. It’s bright and open, yet composed, the design balances minimalism with touches of opulence. There’s a focus on visual calm uncluttered lines, restrained use of colour, natural materials, and texture to add richness rather than ornamentation.

It’s the kind of home that looks refined, feels inviting, and gives a sense of quiet elegance. Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the airy ambiance.

Sophisticated Dining Experience: Crafted for Comfort and Charm

The dining space of the white house has been designed to embody a refined blend of natural warmth and understated luxury, creating an inviting environment for family gatherings and formal dining alike. The focal point of the space is the custom-designed crockery unit, meticulously crafted in natural teak wood, which beautifully complements the overall earthy and elegant aesthetic of the room.

    Crockery Unit Design:

The crockery unit serves both functional and decorative purposes. Constructed from solid natural teak wood, it showcases the wood’s rich grain and organic texture, adding warmth and authenticity to the dining area.

    • The shutter design details feature delicate brass inlay work, forming subtle geometric linear patterns that lend a sense of craftsmanship and sophistication.
    • Elegant brass handles are used harmonizing with the inlay detailing and adding a touch of classic opulence.
    • The unit is thoughtfully planned with a combination of closed cabinets for storage
    • A natural matte PU polish enhances the teak’s original tone, while the brass accents catch the light, creating a graceful contrast.

    Wall Treatment – Wainscoting Pattern
Behind the crockery unit, the wall is articulated with a wainscoting pattern, providing a refined and tactile backdrop.

    • The wainscoting design offers a soft sheen with gentle movement, adding visual depth without overwhelming the space.
    • The wall’s subtle texture complements the teak wood’s natural grain, enhancing the interplay of materials wood, brass, and white surface.
    • Depending on lighting, the coating reflects soft highlights, enriching the room’s ambient mood.

    Lighting & Ambience:

Warm ambient lighting is strategically placed above the dining space, highlighting the brass inlays and creating a cozy, golden glow. Recessed spotlights and concealed LED strips accentuate the wainscoting wall, further enhancing the craftsmanship details.

    Overall Expression

The combination of natural teak wood, brass detailing, and wainscotingpattern wall results in a dining space that feels both luxurious and grounded. The design balances modern functionality with traditional material richness, offering a timeless, elegant setting that seamlessly integrates with the rest of the home’s interiors.

The minimalist modular kitchen is designed around the core principles of simplicity, functionality, and seamless aesthetics. Every element has been thoughtfully composed to create a clutter-free, efficient, and visually calm environment that celebrates clean lines and understated elegance.

The concept focuses on achieving a harmonious balance between form and function. The layout of the white house maximizes space utility while maintaining an open, airy appearance. The absence of unnecessary ornamentation allows materials, finishes, and proportions to define the beauty of the space.

The design embodies “less is more”, emphasizing precision in detailing, concealed storage, and an effortless flow between work zones.

    Study Room

The architects conceived the study cum Pooja Room as a serene and multifunctional space that balances focus, spirituality, and simplicity. The design follows a minimalist approach, emphasising clean lines, natural materials, and a clutter-free layout that encourages calmness and mindfulness.

The architects designed the space to serve dual purposes: a quiet corner for work and study, and a sacred zone for daily prayers and reflection. The minimalist design ensures that both functions coexist harmoniously without visual or spatial conflict. The underlying idea is to create an environment that nurtures mental clarity, concentration, and peace.

Lime Wash Monolith – Master Bedroom Design

This master bedroom embodies a Lime Wash Monolith concept, a seamless fusion of earthy texture and sculptural elegance. The designers treated the walls and ceilings with a soft lime wash finish, creating a tactile, organic backdrop that exudes calm sophistication and timeless character.

At the heart of the room stands a custom-designed cushioned headboard, extending across the wall to form a statement. The headboard combines plush comfort with architectural precision, integrating subtle geometric stitching and tonal layering for visual depth.

Behind the bed, a world map mural relief backdrop anchors the design,  a symbolic representation of exploration, culture, and the owner’s personal journey. The muted palette of the map complements the lime wash tones, ensuring harmony without overwhelming the serene ambiance.

The bed itself features an elaborate frame, crafted with meticulous detailing  perhaps fluted panels, brass inlays, or a floating base balancing artistry and function. Soft, diffused lighting enhances the room’s sculptural elements, creating a tranquil, gallery-like atmosphere.

Common Toilet Design – Bold Contrast with Red Feature Tile Accent

The architects designed the common toilet with a modern, balanced aesthetic that merges boldness and subtlety through the thoughtful use of colour and material. The combination of rich red feature tiles and muted grey wall and floor tiles creates a sophisticated yet striking ambience that feels both stylish and grounded.

    Kids’ Bedroom in Pink Tone

The Kid’s bedroom is a dreamy, playful retreat designed around a soft pink palette that feels both whimsical and modern. They painted the walls in a warm, muted blush pink with a matte finish, creating a gentle and comforting backdrop that glows softly in natural light.

A custom low-profile bed with a curved, upholstered flutted pattern stitched headboard in dusty rose velvet anchors the room. Above the bed, removable wall decals in cloud and star shapes add visual interest and a touch of fantasy. A plush area rug in soft ivory with subtle pink and gold detailing creates a cozy, tactile play zone at the center of the room.

    Kids Bedroom

The architects designed the kids’ bathroom as a joyful yet functional space, combining vibrant aesthetics with durability and safety. The central design element, pink terrazzo tiles throughout, sets a playful tone while maintaining a sense of sophistication, making the bathroom appealing for children without compromising on long-term usability and style.

The concept revolves around fun, freshness, and function. The use of terrazzo brings a delightful mix of colour, texture, and personality to the space, while the pink undertone adds warmth and softness. The design aims to stimulate a child’s imagination while maintaining a clean, organized, and easily maintainable environment.

    Conclusion

This white house has been a thoughtful journey of merging functionality with refined aesthetics. Every detail, from the clean lines to the subtle textures, has been carefully curated. They reflect the client’s lifestyle, design sensibilities and Vastu principles. A seamless blend of softness, style, and intention flows through every corner. From the material palette to the colour schemes and décor choices. Step into a space where calm meets character. The interior flows with an intentional softness. It is a space where texture, tone, and natural light define the interior more than ornamentation. Every room tells a quiet story, held together by a restrained palette, organic materials, and warm, breathable finishes.
