Limited Liability Partnership Registration
If you want to incorporate your business as an LLP Registration then you have to follow the rules and regulation of the LLP act. There is two or more person required for incorporation of an LLP. If you want to register your architecture firm as an LLP, then you have to follow the procedure of the MCA. There is less compliance required for an LLP. And all compliances should be done with the Registrar of companies.
One Person Company
If you are a single owner of your Architecture firm then you can register under the One Person Company Registration as it can be incorporate by only one person. If you want to register your Architecture firm as a One Person Company then you have to follow the procedure of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. All compliances should be done with the registrar of companies. There is less compliance required under OPC as compare to private limited Company. You will get tax benefits with the OPC, and it is a separate legal entity which can sue and can be sued from other. It is a good option for you if you are a single owner of your business.
