The apartment spanning 1450 sq. ft. includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, balcony, three rooms, and three bathrooms. One of the primary attributes of this residential design is how it revitalizes the atmosphere of the home by encouraging new dynamics in kitchen usage. The floor plan is packed, transpiring a challenge to develop a feeling of openness that breaks through the constraint of space.

Therefore the front door of the residence leads to the living area, which also includes the kitchen and dining area. In addition to making the room appear larger, the family’s collective social activities are also brought closer. The outlined layout suggests the potential to form a modular kitchen arrangement that encourages order and guarantees a highly functional and clutter-free space.
As one enters the expansive living room, the family’s spatial tale unfolds. Images reflecting the family’s experiences over the years are exhibited in the form of a collage along the passageway. On the other side of the passage, a big glass wall constantly mirrors these images, giving the illusion of taking a trip down memory lane.
The design of the bedrooms, with each of them embracing neo-classical fusioned with contemporary design style, which is one of this project’s major highlights. The master bedroom serves as the initial example of neo-classical design.
The precise components, such as soft textures, warm wood with glass furnishings, and neutral tones of white, brown, and beige, makes the vibe of the room just right. This tranquil retreat has a large marble mural on the wall that draws people in.
The room is adorned with contemporary LED warm lighting and a massive glass-display wardrobe. An exquisite horse painting embossed with a marble feature wall serves as the backdrop of the bed, giving the room a boastful characteristic. An ultrawide workstation creating an ideal work atmosphere serves the functional regime as required by the client.
Following the client’s brief, we tackled the design of the subsequent parent room from the perspective, literally, “the bedroom should just serve its purpose.” Fur upholstery and a colour palette of neutral tones with a touch of modernity to define the sleeping area made for a warm and simplistic decor for this bedroom.
A gentle recline space alongside provided a window to look out onto the outer world. Overall, the design offered the room a cozy and peaceful air of sleek look replete with present-day comforts.
White was chosen as the colour and component to define the character of the third bedroom, making it stand out. The brother’s bedroom features an abstract scenery coupled with a tinge of serene white and beige tones.
The bedroom’s fabric-padded wall panels serve a multifaceted functional regime with characteristics like soundproofing and insulation while providing a plush and warm feel to the overall interior grammar.
The ambient lighting installed on either side of the scenery grants subtle illumination for the evenings. The planters incorporated into the room add to the vitality of the room. The window in this bedroom is designed to spread out to create a giant ledge, aiding as a utilitarian sitting area to get in ample daylight.
The owner, who places a great deal of attention on the vanity design in his home, believes that priorities have changed with respect to bathroom trends, particularly in today’s day and age of health and wellbeing.
The bathroom is rendered such that one can daydream yet relax, be creative yet stand still, and be in their own bubble by integrating extravagant bathroom hardware. The wooden ceiling perfectly juxtaposes with the elegant marble incorporated, giving the private area a stunning aura.
Not to miss out on the serene terrace garden that this apartment unfolds. A feature wall of landscape art on one end, a vertical garden on the other, along with a tiny garden, represents a true haven amidst the concrete urban jungle.
A comfortable wide, cushioned seating here in the middle of the lush green potted plants calms the mind and soul. The gentle creepers artfully braided over the balcony railings add to the poise of the space.
No matter the style, experimentation in design is an ever-evolving process. This project puts the age-old notion of ‘luxury equals expensive’ to the test, shifting the focus today to produce something rousing and awe-inspiring.
