Editor’s note : A soothing and subtle workplace by Studio Akikrit, that exudes utter positivity through its pastel color palette. A thoughtful design for the post-sunset working environment where sophisticated green color tones can truly motivate its people. ~ Aditi Shah (editor)
As the agency is focused on providing their services in the US, the majority of their active working hours are post sunset. Our task was to create not just an office, but an active workspace to motivate and promote employee engagement, productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.
The core area of the office houses prismatic open work desks overlooking the cityscape through a series of vertical fixed windows.
Aligned to the windows an elevated informal seating arrangement wrapped with a vertical green wall has been planned for team gathering and collaboration.
To retain the productive working environment and privacy the meeting room is designed at the entrance of the office alongside the vast pantry space.
Green as an element has been introduced to energize the space through planters, thoroughly designed elevated work desk partitions with small potted plants.
