One of the premium projects with all the amenities for a family of five, this is a 1200 sq.ft residence in Lodha, Thane. Abiding by the requirements of the client, we created an empirical residence with timeless and classy design.

As you enter the apartment, it feels positive with the buddha statue placed at the centre with textured designer charcoal wall-lit frame with all four sides with a linear led profile in the ceiling draws, which later draws us to the living area. Followed by there is mandir area with designer Jali door in MDF and storage below for accessories.
L shape living is balanced aesthetically with linear false ceiling having led cove light giving the space rectangular look.
Composition of moulding and mirror on wall behind sofa with abstract painting in centre creates focal point in the living room followed with designer green sofa which completes the seating area.
Opposite wall is covered with fluted panels for consistent look with marble finish laminate panel in centre for tv.
Dining area with six seater table having quartz top and antique finish base is very practical and at same time looks premium. The wall behind dining has pearl finish texture with two wall lights which makes dining experience truly enjoyable.
There is a credenza on adjacent wall for crockery storage and above is pattern on wall finished with high gloss PU. Client wanted kitchen to look different and not regular so we have used moulding boarder with handle in between for all drawers finished with greyish blue PU finish which is maintenance free and looks stunning.
Backsplash on cooking platform is in white back-painted glass to bifurcate the platform with overhead storage. There is a aluminium finish roller shutter box for electrical appliances which is very handy to usefluted glass sliding door in kitchen gives the privacy needed from the living area also compliments the overhead shutter fluted glass on service platform.
A beautiful bedroom is what they wanted and we have successfully achieved in creating the same. The composition of mirror, wood, leather panel with copper inlay creates a 5 star bedroom with tan colored composite leather and PU finish designer side tables.
Dresser with led profile running all four sides with storage kept into consideration low height storage opposite bed with leather panels on shutters gives a distinctive look with antique butterfly wall art in the centre and fluted panels on either sides which completes the wall.
We wanted to create a fun room for cute 2 year old daughter. As you enter the room first thing you notice is the curtain in front so we decided to highlight the room with some nice curtain for kids and rest all walls are coordinated with same color pallet.
Wall behind bed is light cream wallpaper, dresser with led profile light with set of drawers below. Wardrobe is finished in cream and pink laminate.
Bed is in pink composite leather with headboard in half round panels for design continuity from toys rack opposite bed.
Very practical and minimalistic is the requirement we had got for this room. With no requirement of tv opposite bed we got a chance to use canvas painting which complements the wallpaper design with moulding boarder on all four sides.
