Taking inspiration from Rama Polycon’s signature packaging containers, the office interior features vibrant, colorful shapes adorning the walls. These elements not only reflect the company’s brand identity but also foster a dynamic and invigorating ambiance for employees.
The design concept overall emphasizes flexibility and creativity, encouraging collaboration and innovation among team members.
The interior design focuses on creating a modern and welcoming environment conducive to productivity and well-being. Furthermore, private meeting rooms and breakout spaces complement open-plan work areas, providing employees with options for collaboration or individual work.
Natural light further floods in the space, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to the surrounding environment.
A central yet secluded elemental staircase serves as a focal point, further leading directors to their private resting area on the first floor.
The staircase is particularly designed to evoke a sense of movement and fluidity, symbolizing the company’s dynamic approach to business.
The design aimed to reflect the company’s innovative spirit while providing a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
However, the first floor accommodates two bedrooms. The private bedroom opens to a recreational terrace space overlooking the garden, providing a peaceful retreat for relaxation and reflection. Designate the second bedroom for clients and vendors visiting the plant for a short span.
Moreover, to ensure ease of access without hindering employees’ work, the guest bedroom has been given a separate staircase and access.
Characterize the exterior design of the office building with clean lines, modern materials, and a minimalist aesthetic. The facade is thus clad in durable and low-maintenance materials, ensuring longevity and sustainability.
Large windows and glass panels maximize natural light while providing panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
The building is seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, with landscaped gardens and green spaces enhancing the overall appeal of the site. A dedicated parking area and access points ensure convenience and accessibility for employees and visitors alike.
