Planned in 300 Sq.ft, we embraced a monochrome minimalist approach that prioritizes functionality for this compact office space. This striking feature adds depth and character, becoming a focal point of the space.

A Monochrome Minimalist Approach That Prioritizes Functionality For This Compact Office Space | P’s design therapy

It was evident from our first encounter with the customer that they desired a monochrome workspace. We comprehended the challenge and experimented with different geometry to offer it out-of-the-box aesthetics. This is the main entry glass panel, with a white ombre effect. It maintains privacy without reducing daylight and piques curiosity about how a room might appear from the outside.

This is how ‘Patel Associates’ entire place of business looks. The workplace is ventured into two areas: the main cabin, where clients, agencies, colleagues, and other individuals meet and converse, and the second section of the space, where employees can work alongside the waiting sofa or unwind for a while. We chose diagonally arranged track lights for the ceiling lights. We painted the majority of the walls and ceilings white in an effort to save money. Nonetheless, the colour white makes a small region appear wider.

Above this waiting couch, we’ve built a simple shelf for artifacts that extends to the primary cabin. These exclusively designed wall frames are primarily constructed on this shelf using electric wires and circuits  .

Instead of using unrelated objects as décor, we requested our client to share surplus wires and circuits from their projects. The objective behind making such frames or art was to connect the dots between the client’s occupation and the interior of their office. We were delighted with the output of our efforts.

‘Patel Associates’ main cabin has large glass windows that allow natural light to enter. Taking advantage of it, we chose a tabletop made of reflecting black and white stone and placed a few plants that require little care to provide a hue to the monochrome space.

White is an eternal, luxurious, and customary colour. It is also the symbol of contemporary minimalism. White is the perfect colour for a room’s backdrop to highlight particular features. We chose a white wall as a blank canvas to display these bespoke frames. We developed a little cement-texture polished temple in the northeast corner of the office, which has a lovely arch shaped through cut grooves on shutters and nicely complements the decor.

A well-designed office may boost productivity and happiness! Hence, workplaces should strike the right combination of comfort and utility. A monochromatic minimalist method was employed to prevent distractions and create a serene ambience. A zigzag patterned table base and a wall behind it covered with exposed concrete texture give it a natural raw appeal.

In this work area, all the elements had clean and sharp lines. As a result, we wanted to include a striking component for the background, with Patel Associates’ logo prominently displayed. Team P’s design therapy created a fluid line art using metal rods resembling electric wires to.

Black storage unit behind table has sufficient storage to put files and documents which also have open niches for books as our client wanted small space in their cabin for books. We suggested one block to keep for indoor plant which maintains the fresh environment and adds some greens to greys.
