As you step into Casa, you’re greeted by a home aesthetics that beckons you to unwind and indulge in the pleasure of good company. Casa means house, and Hermosa means beautiful, both in Spanish, spread over an area of 2000 sq. ft. The interior design is a reflection of the client’s desire for a space where they can seamlessly transition from lively parties to tranquil moments of relaxation.
A Home Aesthetics That Beckons You To Unwind And Indulge | Design Bottega
The heart of Casa Hermosa lies in its living area, where guests are welcomed with open arms and playful sophistication.
A console adorned with deer-shaped handles stands proudly, while a zebra print table adds a touch of whimsy to the space.
The mirrored walls in this home reflect the essence of the wild, with patterns that mimic the graceful imprint and aesthetics of animal paws.
For the hosts who revel in the joy of entertaining, a small bar area awaits. Inspired by the bustling streets of London, a quaint phone booth has been transformed into a charming bar, complete with plush stools and a cozy chaise lounge. Here, evenings are spent sipping cocktails and sharing stories, surrounded by the warmth of laughter and camaraderie.
Moving deeper into the house, each room offers a unique narrative infused with the client’s personal flair. The study area is a quirky retreat, where bold patterns and unconventional furnishings spark creativity and inspiration. Here, work becomes a delightful adventure amidst the unexpected charm of bold patterns.
In the master bedroom, a bold fusion of dark blue and maroon sets the stage for intimate moments and peaceful slumber.
Rich hues envelop the room, creating a cocoon of luxury and comfort, while subtle nods to the monochromatic prints add an element of intrigue.
The journey through this abode begins with a playful nod to the wild. In the jungle-themed kids’ play area, a canopy of green foliage cascades from the ceiling, creating a whimsical canopy under which little explorers can roam freely.
Hanging lights, held by mischievous monkeys, cast a gentle glow over the pastel-coloured realm, adding a touch of enchantment to the space.
Stepping out onto the balcony, a neon sign beckons with the promise of jubilant revelry. “Sip, sip, hurray,” it declares, encapsulating the essence of Casa Hermosa in a single phrase.
Throughout Casa Hermosa, a unifying element ties the eclectic design together. Three globe-shaped wall lights adorn every room, casting a soft glow that tempers the boldness of the space. It’s a subtle reminder that, amidst the vibrant chaos, there’s always a place to find solace and serenity.
Our clients, a family of three—Arunabh, Payel, and their daughter Samaira—had a vision where they wanted every corner to whisper the tale of vibrant soirées and cosy gatherings. Arunabh’s love for reading, enjoying an occasional drink, Payel’s love for entertaining family and friends and wanting a Pinterest-y house, and their daughter’s love for animals led to this celebration of eclectic design infused with the warmth of home, Casa Hermosa.
