To achieve ideal design balance every corner is bedecked with a sense of modern living, whereas dignifying simplicity to a perfect work of art is the substantial feature of the house.

The spaces inside get ample of light to keep it warm and cozy. The shifting shadow casted on the walls creates myriad patterns throughout the day, adding drama to the INTERIOR

The combination of furnishings and the subtly flowing natural light augment the concept of sturdy yet simple design within the house. The material palette is comprehensive and follows the choice of minimal furniture.

The INTERIOR are rid of “space maze” by elimination of unwanted walls, bringing in natural light and ventilation and thereby making it energy efficient.

ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE

The bedrooms are crafted to give a luxury experience to the user by integrating elegant en-suites and closet areas. These materials seamlessly merge into each other and can be visually partitioned according to the requirement.

Every bathroom is a naturally lit, accommodating a green landscaped space, provide a visual relief and a feeling of well-being when one enters the space.

INTERIOR The INTERIOR spaces are bathed in luxury. The concept of INTERIOR is influenced by modern planning principles of continuity throughout the house in the form of a homogeneous material palette of grey and brown.

The striking Vitrified tiles, paired with veneer is enhanced by accents of geometry, embossed feature wall, installations to add character to the individual areas. The INTERIOR is designed in such a way that the spaces flow into each other and allow visual interconnectivity between the spaces and the user.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The design philosophy of the house is ‘sturdy in composition but light in appearance’. The house is a simplified plan with segregation of spaces in private and public zones. The zoning of private and public spaces follows the standard approach of fitting basic facilities on the ground level.

The material palette subtly blends with the contemporary design thus giving the overall space a touch of stillness
